Product overview
An excavator-mounted plate compactor converts hydraulic flow into high-frequency vibration to achieve deep, uniform compaction. Compared with walk-behind tampers, it reaches narrow or deep trenches safely, increases daily coverage and reduces the need for personnel in hazardous excavations.

Operator tips & maintenance

• Install a pressure relief valve on the hydraulic line; excess pressure can damage hydraulic motors and excessive flow overheats eccentric bearings.
• Work from the bottom of slopes upward to avoid sliding loose material downward and damaging the bank.
• Check rubber damper and mounting bolts weekly; loose fastenings allow vibration to transmit to the boom and may damage arm cylinders.
• Grease eccentric shaft bearings every 40 operating hours with high-temperature heavy-duty grease to extend bearing life.
