Introduction:
Three-dimensional fruit and vegetable dicer (3D vegetable fruit dicing machine) designed to cut root and stem vegetables and fruits into uniform cube or cuboid shapes. Intended for use in dehydrated product lines, IQF (individually quick frozen) processing and pickling operations within food-processing plants.

This machine cuts stems, root vegetables and fruits into cubes or cuboids with sizes of 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25 mm. Special sizes can be manufactured on request by changing blade sets.
