Introduction:
The multi-functional double-head vegetable cutter is constructed in SUS 304 to meet food-grade hygiene and sanitation requirements.
Each head is optimized for different vegetable types: one end for leafy and stem vegetables (e.g., green onions, leeks, celery), the other for root vegetables and selected fruits (e.g., radishes, potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions).
Exchangeable blades and adjustable guides allow slicing, shredding, dicing and julienne cuts; cutting dimensions can be customized to production needs.
Conveyor belt speed and blade rotation for leafy vegetables are adjusted via frequency converters to ensure consistent cut quality and throughput.
