The Analyzer A30 does everything the Tester T30 does, but also provides an in depth analysis of the lubrication condition of rolling bearings.
A high quality rolling bearing can last forever, provided it is properly lubricated. This is less easily accomplished than even experienced maintenance personnel realises. The oil film thickness in the rolling interface depends on many factors which differ in every machine application: rotational speed, load, operating temperature, HP additives, oil viscosity.
The A30 shows the oil film thickness under present condition. The software Condmaster® shows you how to improve a poor oil film by simulating the effect of alternative lubricants. This is true maintenance - preventing the damage before it occurs.

Rigid Pendulum Type Physical Properties Testing Instrument, RPT-3000W
This instrument allows measurement of visco-elastic physical properties under a curing process and the surface layer physical properties of the material being measured and other materials such as inorganic materials like concrete, cosmetics, paper and foods. This means that the test method does not depend on the substrate. Therefore, this instrument has applications for the development/improvement, quality evaluation, designing, trouble-shooting, and the production line and life evaluation of materials.
All materials transform from a liquid state to a solid state through certain actions (heat, light, time and others) and produce various physical properties. The change in phase from a liquid to a solid causes various problems. The most important item to evaluate from among the various material evaluations is the change in age of the chemical-physical performances in the process of curing and drying from a liquid state to a solid state.
Measurement
Fix the test piece coating plate on the cooling/heating block. Set the pendulum so that the knife-edge, the fulcrum of the swing, comes vertically into contact on the test piece coated surface. Apply free vibration to the pendulum. For measurement of physical properties, use a cylindrical edge. By analyzing this vibration, the curing process and surface's physical properties can be evaluated.
Features
-Coating Thickness Resolution: 0.01 ìm - 7mm
-Period of Vibration:0.05 to 2.000sec
-Logarithmic Damping Ratio: 0.001 to 6.000sec
-Test Temperature: -100 to +400 degree Celsius
-Measurement Time: 1 to 9999 minutes

SmartLX Consistency Transmitter
The simple and reliable design of the SmartLX Consistency Transmitter provides reliable consistency measurement in mechanical pulp processes without requiring routine maintenance. The SmartLX operates in the electromagnetic near-infrared range, using the ability of fibers to scatter and absorb light. This measurement principle has been developed specifically for mechanical pulp processes where the shear forces caused by fiber flow are too minute to be detected by shear force-based transmitters.
The SmartLX is not affected by flow rate variations and can, therefore, be installed in both laminary and turbulent flow. Its built-in compensation capability ensures that changes in the temperature of either the pulp or its electronic components do not interrupt or distort consistency measurement.
The SmartLX is suited for all pulps consisting of a single grade, or containing a fixed filler ratio, in a consistency range of 0.5% to 5% Cs. It is also good for measuring a variety of low consistency pulps (0.5% to 2% Cs) in SWG, TMP, PGW and CTMP plants, including pulps flowing to screens, exiting the latency removal chest, or rejected from the screen. Specific calibration curves for various pulps are stored in the SmartLX transmitter's memory, making calibration easy. In most cases, one-point calibration is adequate since the transmitter electronics handle the linear calculations.

The porosity of a material affects its physical properties and, subsequently, its behavior in its surrounding environment. The term "porosimetry" is often used to encompass the measurements of pore size, volume, distribution, density, and other porosity-related characteristics of a material. The adsorption and permeability, strength, density, and other factors influenced by a substance's porosity determine the manner and fashion in which it can be appropriately used.

NANOSTAR
NANOSTARThe materials scientists and engineers of today are able to understand and influence the properties of materials on a nanoscale level. Exciting new materials such as designer polymers and bioceramics are being made, and continuing advances with materials such as liquid crystals, metal-organic and thin film coatings are made possible by investigating and altering their nanostructures. A reliable, economic and non-destructive method for analyzing nanostructured materials is SAXS (Small-Angle X-ray Scattering). SAXS yields information such as particle sizes and size distributions from 1 to 100 nm, shape and orientation distributions in liquid, powders and bulk samples.
Another field of interest for SAXS application is the study of biological macromolecules (Bio-SAXS) since the scattering profile contains information about their size, shape and internal structure. This allows for the calculation of relevant structural parameters such as the molecular volume, the molecular mass or the radius of gyration.
The Bruker AXS NANOSTAR, with its intense, collimated primary beam and 2-dimensional detector, has a similar design to a synchrotron SAXS beamline. With a 2-dimensional detector, the misinterpretation of data due to a 0-D or 1-D data collection method is avoided, eliminating the need for restrictive initial assumptions about the sample. In fact, the NANOSTAR analyzes pure sample properties, even if the sample particles are asymmetric or show preferred orientation. Additionally, a real space image with µm SAXS resolution of the sample can be taken by performing Nanography.
