The Millivolt Output pressure sensors is based upon a proprietary technology to reduce all output offset or common mode errors. This model provides a calibrated millivolt output with superior output offset characteristics. Output offset errors due to change in temperature, stability to warm-up, stability to long time period, and position sensitivity are all significantly reduced when compared to conventional compensation methods. In addition the sensor utilizes a silicon, micromachined, stress concentration enhanced structure to provide a very linear output to measured pressure.
These calibrated and temperature compensated sensors give an accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. This series is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like.
The output of the device is ratiometric to the supply voltage and operation from any D.C. supply voltage up to +16 V is acceptable.
Pressure Response: for any pressure applied the response time to get to 90% of pressure applied is typically less than 100 µs.
All parameters are measured at 12.0 volt excitation, for the nominal full scale pressure and room temperature unless otherwise specified. Pressure measurements are with positive pressure applied to port B.

The Miniature BASIC series pressure sensors are based upon a proprietary technology to reduce the size of the sensor and yet maintain a high level of performance. The technology is currently being patented.
These offset compensated sensors give an accurate and stable output over a wide temperature range. This series is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like.
The output of the device is ratiometric to the supply voltage and operation from any D.C. supply voltage up to +6V is acceptable.

Trafag pressure transmitters are used for the electronic measurement and evaluation of pressure values. They are available in many different versions with regard to pressure and electrical connections, measurement procedures, electric output signals, and approvals (CE, Ex, Shipbuilding, Railways). Two different sensor technologies are available, namely thin-film-on-steel (weld-sealed design without O-rings) and thick-film-on-ceramic. Trafag also develops and manufactures products specifically to customer requirements.

Air Logic switches interface from pressure signals to electrical systems. The snap-action electrical switch provides a positive and reliable response. The switch operation is based on the actuation of a precision snap-acting switch acting against a diaphragm.
The switches are single pole, double throw for normally open, normally closed and common terminals, which are available from 0.1 to 25 AMP, 15 AMP standard. For low current applications, gold contact switches are available.
Maximum pressure is 100 PSI. Adjustment ranges from 0.5 to 100 PSI. Special actuating and releasing pressures are available on request.
The switches include Miniature Switches, Subminiature Switches, Low Differential Switches and Solid State Switches.

Model: LFS 03
Electircal Function: 1 pole NO, 1 Pole NC
Temperature: Ambient:-10 to +85
Electrical Connections: Tab terminals 6.4 X0.8 mm, Tab Terminals 4.8 x 0.8 mm (1 pole NO only)
Pressure Range: Pressure: +15 to+2500mbar
Tolerance:+/- 10% NO; +/- 15% NC
Vacuum: -600 to -15mbar
Tolerance: +/- 15%

Almost no hysteresis
Medium: Non hazardous gas only
Contact carrying parts: Brass Silver plated (gold on request)
Membrane: Nitrile, EPDM, (Silicone, Perbunan on request)
If two points are required, two pressure switches with different calibrations should be employed. The method of fixing the tab terminals to the switch body does not allow for absolute air sealing. The switch is therefore not reccommended for applications where static vacuum has to be maintained. However, special models with additional pressure spring that allow for the vacuum to be connected to the pressure inlet side are available on request.

Trafag pressure switches are used when pressure has to be controlled or monitored via an electric on/off switching signal. These switches are available in various designs in respect of indication, switching capacity and approvals (CE, Ex, Shipbuilding, Railways) as well as the sensor system involved. In mechanical pressure switches, a pressure sensor actuates an electric micro switch. In electronic pressure switches, a pressure sensor signal controls relays or transistor outputs.
