Turn Down:
The UniTrans enables with its maximal 1 : 20 Turn down an adaption to applications also at great changes of the measuring range (e.g. a 100 bar transmitter can be turned down to 5 bar).
As IS - pressure transmitter the UniTrans can perfectly meet the hardest requirements of industrial pressure measurement.
Configuration:
With the easy-to-use menu, the user can set parameters such as language, unit, zero point, span or inverted signal. The UniTrans also offers the possibility of a tank linearisation with up to 32 holding points.
Multifunctional display:
The optional display can be adjusted mechanically and electronically, thus guaranteeing many display variations and an optimal reading from different directions. Bargraph and trend are permanently displayed. Only a minor modification of the case is required in order to be able to read the display from above. All standard units can be displayed. Two further lines are available for entering additional text (e.g. min./max. values or temperature at the sensor).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The VacuMini is a commercial version of Televac's highly successful NASA 2A sensor. VacuMini uses the same principle of operation as all Televac type 2A thermocouple sensors. It is roughly 1/2 the size and volume of traditional vacuum thermocouple sensors. A machined 304 stainless body is designed with 1/8" NPT connection threads and integral wrench flats for ease of installation. Unlike traditional vacuum thermocouple sensors which have exposed electrical pins, VacuMini's pins are protected in two ways. They are recessed within the sensor body diameter and a tethered and gasketed military type screw-on weather cap isolates the pins from moisture and dirt. The VacuMini will operate in any physical orientation. We do suggest you consider using one of our filters in the event your vacuum vessel or process contains excessive particulates or contaminates.
PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
The VacuMini is ideally suited to applications where the vacuum vessel is located outdoors or in a physical environment that renders use of traditional thermocouple sensors impractical. Examples of such applications include:
- Fixed & mobile bulk cryogenic storage and transport vessels.
- Vacuum jacketed gas delivery manifolds.
- Mechanical vacuum pumps and blowers.
- House vacuum systems

Special application needs are met by a broad selection of accurate Hastings gauge tubes. Thermopile, thermocouple, piezo-resistive strain gauges, and super Pirani sensor types are available to cover vacuum pressure ranges from 10-5 to 1000 Torr. Gauge tubes are temperature compensated, and the rugged hermetically sealed construction withstands system vibration and pressure shock. Use of noble metals assure stable, long-term calibration. Design variations include sensors for high temperature (bakeable), harsh outdoor environments, and high over pressure. Also a myriad of system connection configurations are available to meet a wide range of system mounting requirements. These include 1/8" NTP, Smooth (for welding), VCR, KF, 16, KF 25, glass, MiniConflat(TM )and large
Conflat(TM). Additional system connections can be made to order.
The DV-6S Tubes have been designed for rigorous vibration and shock applications. The gauge tube is compatible with other Hastings products, but specifically the handheld HPM-4/6. The tube is designed for the 0 - 1000 mTorr range, the standard DV-6 range.
MiniConflat and Conflat are trademarks of Varian Asssociates,Inc.

The efector 500 is based on a ceramic measuring pressure cell which converts the measured quantity of pressure into a capacitive signal as a result of the deflection of a diaphragm. A microprocessor controls the evaluation of the electrical signal. For the efector 500 the system pressure is directly indicated on the unit by an LED display.
The extraordinary mechanical characteristics of the efector 500 result from the following design features:
The measuring pressure cell is designed in such a way that the diaphragm is supported by the base in the case of overload pressure. This leads to a high strength against hidden pressure peaks at values outside the measuring range.
The measuring pressure cell consists of ceramic which has ideal elastic features thus ensuring a high long-term stability of the diaphragm.
The electronic circuitry is made in film technology, i.e. a flexible, temperature-stable and extremely resistant polyimide film is used as a carrier for the SMD components. In conjunction with a special potting compound this leads to a high shock and vibration resistance.

wireless sensor VUR
The air pressure sensors with UHF radio transmission are used as an alternative to cable-connected sensors in brake test stands.
The air pressure sensors work according to the principle of pressure force measurement on a membrane with wire strain gauge (DMS). In the transmission unit, the electric measuring signal is amplified, converted and transmitted to the receiver by radio. The transmission modules are battery-operated and of a hand-held design. The receiver decodes and converts the original sensor measuring signal as current output. The radio transmission works at ISM frequencies free of charge in the 70 cm range (433,1 - 434,7 MHz). Crystal-stabilised transmitter and receiver modules allow for a parallel operation of several channels. The range of more than 50 m ensures the operation in the workshop area.
The measuring frequency of the pressure sensor is ca. 100 Hz. The real parallel operation of the individual radio channels at different radio frequencies ensures a high scanning rate for all measuring channels.
