Differential pressure transmitter with metal measuring diaphragm
Application area
The differential pressure transmitter VEGADIF 65 is used for various applications such as flow measurements in gases, vapours and liquids in conjunction with effective pressure transmitters. Also level measurements of liquids in pressurized vessels as well as pressure monitorings on filters and pumps are typical applications.
Advantages
Very good reproducibility and long-term stability
Deviation < 0.075 %
Comprehensive isolating diaphragm program
High resistance diaphragm materials

P 26
Intelligent differential pressure transducer
with scalable measurement range.
Sensitive measurement technology in innovative housing
Demands for increased quality in nearly every area of industry have subjected pressure gauges to sophisticated demands as well. These include clean room monitoring and the ability to monitor sterile environments in the packaging machines used in products for such industries as foods and pharmaceuticals. The new P 26 differential pressure transducer from halstrup-walcher has been specially designed to meet these demands.
The P 26 is a differential pressure transducer that meets these particularly sophisticated demands. Measurement ranges between 100 Pa and 100 kPa are freely scalable from 10 to 100%, and provide the option of switching to other units of measurement like mmH2O, mmHg, etc. Cyclical self-calibration of the zero point ensures a high level of measurement stability. Two cutoff points are available that can be set freely along the entire measurement range; these allow the user to connect visual or audible alarms that would be triggered any time values fall above or below limits. All measurement values can be clearly read on an optional graphic LCD. The instrument can, if necessary, communicate with a master control unit via an RS 232 interface and can be mounted either on a wall or on top-hat rails.
A hand-held unit can be used as a configurator for the one-time calibration when using more than one of the affordable P 26 pressure transducer without a display.

Differential pressure transmitter type FDA602D
This measures the differential pressure in liquid and gaseous
media indirectly using two absolute pressure sensors.
This makes it less expensive but more robust with respect to
asymmetrical overload.
The differential pressure range should be at least 5% of the
standard pressure range.
Each side of the sensor incorporates two pressure
connections. The transmitters can thus be used easily and
conveniently in pressure pipes.
It incorporates a high-speed, high-precision microprocessor.
All reproducible errors affecting the pressure sensors, i.e.
involving non-linearity and temperature dependency, can be
completely eliminated by means of mathematical error
compensation.

The Digital Output pressure sensors are based upon a proprietary surface mapping technology to produce a fully digital output that virtually eliminates all repeatable errors over temperature and pressure. This series provides a 12 bit digital serial output (14 bit in High Resolution Mode) with superior offset, span and linearity characteristics. The output is SPI and MICROWIRE/PLUS® compatible as well as fully compatible with the All Sensors GA142 Series sensors.
In addition to synchronous communications, the Digital Output pressure sensors incorporates a bi-directional, TTL level, asynchronous serial interfaces mode (hardware selectable 9,600 or 19,200 baud). This mode includes a command set that allows the host to interrogate the sensor for model information, pressure range, serial number, pressure units and conversion factor. The command set also allows the host to select a high resolution output mode, make minor adjustments to offset and has an addressable feature that allows multiple sensors to be tied to the same interface buss.
This series is intended for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic working fluids such as air, dry gases and the like. All signals are 5V TTL/CMOS compatible.

The MLX90210 is a discrete micromachined
Pressure sensor IC suitable for pressure ranges
Between 0 to 1.0 Bar. The pressure medium must be dry and non-corrosive, such as air.
The circuit is a piezoresistive bridge which is realized in silicon through a special micromachining process. As pressure is applied to the bridge, a differential voltage change is seen across the Vout pins, while a bias voltage is applied to the Vexc pins.
The MLX90210 is a versatile pressure sensor solution which can be directly interfaced with other Melexis ICs such as the MLX90308, which provides amplification, signal conditioning as well as the bias current to supply the sensor itself.
