General Description
The ED101 series electronic module is used to control DSA/DWE/DWU pressure control valves. The module accepts up to 4 on/off input signals which select one of four pressures set by potentiometer adjustments on teh card. Two ramp adjustments provide smooth transition between selected pressures.

The type 615 pressure switches measure pressure by means of highly resistant ceramic elements. An open collector (transistor) output accommodates loads up to 100 mA. Either an N/C or N/O contact may be used, and the upper and lower switching point can be freely selected in the range 5 to100% fs. Various electrical and pressure connections are available to suit given applications.

MAMCO/LEFOO LF-20 PRESSURE SWITCH
Because of its special internal design this switch can tolerate high pressure spikes inherent on many pressure systems. The switch is factory calibrated but in the case that adjustment is needed in the field the switch offers an adjustment screw to facilitate any fine tuning required. The standard diaphragm employed by Mamco is polyimide (Kapton) making it compatible with many gases and liquids. Several other diaphragm materials are available that make the switch compatible with many mediums. Various electrical terminations are available including ¼ tabs and a metric-pack connector that forms a tight seal when connected.
Because of their ruggedness the Mamco LF-20 is a popular choice for the many OEM applications.

Murphy UK now carries stock of a robust and economical pressure switch, designed primarily for monitoring engine low oil pressure.
The engine-mounted switch features direct action contacts that are factory set to close below 15 psi (field adjustable between 14 and 24 psi). Normally closed or changeover contact options are available. A polyimide Kapton diaphragm gives compatibility with air, oil or other hydrocarbon media.

Kavlico's P4000 series of pressure sensors incorporates a stainless steel isolation diaphragm and welded construction to withstand harsh environments. The sensors uses a piezo-resistive sensing technology and is paired with our custom ASIC to produce a stable and accurate output.
Available in pressure ranges of 0 - 100 to 0 - 6,000 PSI, the P4000 sensors can be packaged with process connections that feature either straight or tapered male threads or female threads with a Shrader Deflator.
Using a 5 Vdc input, the P4000 provides a 0.5 to 4.5 Vdc linear amplified output proportional to pressure, the device also has internal temperature compensation. Electro-hydraulic pressure switches are devices, which, when set under pressure close or open electrical contacts. They are widely used in applications where it is intended that, once a pre-set pressure is achieved and exceeded, an electrical switching command or signal should be triggered for further working cycles.
Many different versions (with pressure setting on a dial, with main and secondary switch, screw-on pressure switches) enable their use in many applications.
There is a design related difference of 8 ... 20 % between the upper switching point and the lower switching point. Only the electronic pressure switch type DG 5 E gives provision to select two independant switch points
and to set the hysteresis.
Type DT is an analogical pressure sensor.
