The SPC98 dry and flush mounted ceramic pressure sensor manufacturer uses an aluminum oxide ceramic sensor as a "dry cell" that is extremely resistant to overload, aggressive mediums, extreme min/max temperature, applications with solid particles and low pressure ranges. These transmitter's are made in either 316 S.S. or Hastelloy C and provide a 4-20mA output signal. The SPC98 is designed to be installed at the bottom of the tank.
FEATURES
*Loop powered, 4-20mA signal output
*Measuring ranges -1 to 580PSI (-1 to 40 bar) gauge /absolute
*Ideal for waste water or other applications with "dirty" medium
*Rugged and compact design- Body entirely 316 S.S. or Hasteloy C
*High accuracy, Excellent repeatability & Temperature compensated
*3A approved
The actual measuring range of the SPC98 sensor is determined by the thickness of the ceramic diaphragm, which if overloaded, stops on the ceramic substrate without sustaining damage. Ceramic cells do not expand and contract nearly as much as metal, ensuring good temperature stability. Common features of the SPC98 are low hysteresis, high repeatability, immunity to the effects of process builds up and outstanding resistance to chemical attack. |

| Thermo Fisher Scientific's state-of-the-art E-Pi Technology uses minimal electrical energy and air consumption to convert an electronic input signal (4-20mA or 10-50mA) to a proportional pneumatic output signal (3-15 PSIG, 0.2-1 Bar, etc.). |
|
Versatile and easy to use. The IPT-E Current to Pressure transducer provides superior response, accuracy, and flow characteristics, which are critical in precise tensioning applications. Designed to operate pneumatic brakes and clutches, the IPT-E comes ready to use requiring no calibration, and operates on 115/230 vac, normal dry shop air, and accepts a 4-20 ma control input signal.
The unit's small size is the result of its surface mount technology design and single manifold construction. The IP65 enclosure provides protection against dirt and liquids common in factory environments, and allows the IPT-E to be mounted near the brake or clutch for maximum response and controllability. It can be mounted in any orientation with no affect on performance. |

MSI sensor interface IC
The MSI integrated interface IC is a multi-channel Sensor interface IC. It generates dynamically to a maximum of 3 Sensor signals by means of current- and voltage- controlled resistance bridges (among other things switch- selectable input sensitivity) and provides subse-quent evaluation systems with A/D- converted signals via digital interface.
Furthermore, the IC enables the equalization of temperature due to an on Chip integrated temperature measurement or loadable reference charts. As well it supplies connected Sensors also with power supply specifications. The IC in particular distinguishes itself besides the on Chip integrated functionality by a high signal solution in the case of simultaneous stability as well as a low power consumption.
The IC is suitable for evaluation of differential Sensor signals, as those that are supplied by pressure sensors, Hall Sensors and Sensors, that work according to the principle of a resistance bridge (e.g. extension bridges, Piezo or Magneto-resistive Sensors). |

The 984M differential pressure measuring transmitters cover a pressure range from 0...100 Pa to max. 0...250 kPa. To ensure optimum adjustment to the respective pressure-related application, the models are equipped with multiple jumpers.
A new feature is the selectable output signal of 0…10 Volt or 4…20mA, which the user himself can set by means of a jumper on site during the installation.
The new model can also be automatically zeroed quite easily by the user himself. This is done by simply disconnecting the measuring transmitter from the pressure and pressing a button.
The ability to select between two different pressure ranges is already known from the previous model. Version 984M.323104b, for example, allows the user to select between the pressure ranges 0...250 and 0...500 Pascal.
A key advantage offered by the 984M.3x3114b model is the option of equipping it with a 3.5-digit LED display, whose brightly illuminated red figures can also be easily read in difficult conditions.

The differential pressure transmitters of the 985M series are used for measuring differential pressure, positive pressure and vacuum.
They offer 2 pressure ranges which can alternatively be selected by a jumper. The IP65 body protects the industrial pressure transducer even in difficult environments.
Monitoring gaseous, non-aggressive media. Possible areas of application are:
air-conditioning and clean rooms
building automation
environmental protection
fan and blower control
valve and flap control
filter and blower monitoring
fluid and level monitoring
control of air flows
For optimum adaptation to the pressure application, the
transmitter can be switched between two pressure ranges.
The factory setting is the sensitive range 1, which is selected
by fitting a jumper. Removing the jumper activates the
non-sensitive range 2.
The output signal of the 3-wire version is configurable. The
factory setting is for a 0 ...10 Volt output signal, but this can be
changed to 4 ... 20 mA by removing the jumper. The 2-wire
version is only available with a 4 ... 20 mA output signal. |

EDP1
The differential pressure measurement cell is manufactured
with two separate ceramic sensors in thick-film technology.
The industrial bridge signals are compensated for the relevant cell
and are converted by an integrated signal converter to a
4..20 mA signal which is linear to the differential pressure.
The values from the separate cells are accepted by a 14-bit
industrial converter and microcontroller and converted into the
difference of the pressures. The microcontroller also
permits special output signals to be emploied (please
inquire). Only high quality materials are exposed to the
liquid. ( s.s,Viton,Al2O3)
two-wire model for industrial applications
ideally suitable for liquid/liquid applications
can also be used for high differential pressures
high chemical resistance through the use of high quality materials |
