ACI scissor docks are specially designed to solve the problems of height difference between docks and trucks. They allow easy loading and unloading operations, whatever the height of the dock or truck bed, even when you do not have a loading dock.
This solution provides a permanently level board and more important course than with a dock leveller.
Our scissor docks are CE certified and comply with EN 1570 standard, as well as "Machines n°98/37/CE Directive".
The board is made of non-slip steel treadplate. The design of these boards enables them to withstand static or dynamic loads such as trolleys, pallet trucks, all types of forklift trucks...
The scissor docks are usually pit mounted, therefore providing access from dock to truck or dock to yard. |

Low profile lift tables, due to their low closed height, do not require a floor pit, offering flexibility of location and keeping installation costs to a minimum. It is possible to transport the table easily and in safety by a “mobility kit” from one work station to another providing an even higher flexibility in use.
Two versions are available, either full top platform or “U” shaped, which is particularly useful when loading a pallet safely onto the table using a hand pallet or pedestrian truck without the need for an access ramp.

There can be several of such sites in the slaughterhouse; however, their purpose can differ and it depends on the working tools that will be used for installation of this site: whether it will be skin peeling machines, or scission in half saws, or benders for legs and horns cutting, etc. Also, carcass re-hanging and tools sterilization is performed on the site. |

The ever increasing demand for a product meeting the loading requirements with low investments has led us to design this model, which is suitable for small, medium-sized parts, mostly valves and pipe fittings, used on assembly lines or transfer feeding.
The elevator structure is designed to use it slaved to handling groups or as an independent unit, being in both cases fully autonomous. It is made as follows: first of all a 0,3 m³ hopper for bulk loading of the parts, with a wearproof and antinoise polymeric coating; the hopper is fed through a sorter to avoid possible piece jamming
The group designed to take and elevate the part from the hopper up to a suitable height for loading is made of a vertical structure on which there is a reciprocating multiple blade unit for piece transfer. This group is driven by a pneumatic cylinder. |

THT transportable lift table

Originally developped for the transport of conference tables this transport table can be used for a lot of other tasks. The principle is just to push it below the cargo to move, to lift it by the handwheel and then to manoeuvre and position it assuredly and comfortably.
This table is endued with a manual lift of 100mm and solid design-rolls. The load capacity is up to 100 kg.
Other than conventional lift tables in logistics, it excels in an attractive optics and simple handling. The rotation is changed over the arbor into the lift by the covered planetary gear. Thus it offers perfect operator protection.
