Leakage free, sealless structure
The pump mechanism is the magnetic drive type. Free of leakage trouble, the pump is suitable to be incorpotated in various equipment.
Superior corrosion resistance
The wetted parts are manufactured from superior corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel, PPS, and PEEK. Therefore, the pump can be used to transfer various types of chemical solutions.
Long life design
Each part that is precision processed using Iwaki's original technology excels in thermal resistance, therefore does not cause pump troubles due to thermal expansion of the parts. Even when operated for long continuous hours, the pump should exhibit superior durability.

The SP700 and VP700 are new battery powered backpack units weighing no more than 18KG providing hydraulic power for cutting tools, and other hydraulic equipment such as Jaws of Life® and hydraulic jacks as used by emergency services and in many other situations.
Jon Lye, Managing Director of GSF explains: “The uniqueness of the Interfron range definitely improves emergency operations; it’s an innovation in design and one we believe will make a dramatic difference to the industry.”
Indeed the range of battery powered backpacks are unique in the respect that it gives emergency crews complete freedom from petrol driven or vehicle mounted power supplies; no hydraulic extensions and no attachments mean no entanglements, which, in low visibility high risk environments, reduce accidents and increase access to enclosed and otherwise inaccessible spaces.
At the heart of the range is the SP700 and the VP700, both of which can be fitted with the appropriate hydraulic connectors, enabling the units to operate rescue tools from all major manufacturers, including: Holmatro, Amkus, Lukas, Zumro, Weber, TNT, Lancier, Nike Centaur, ResOtec and Enerpac. The units can be adjusted to use hydraulic pressure at 5100, 9200 and 10500 psi. Each unit has a total weight (approx) 18kg (40lbs).
This Interfron range represents a very exciting addition to GSF’s long established market leadership on high strength shock resistant telescopic slides, and our state of the art Promounts range of mounting gear, used to secure every type of gear and equipment onto emergency and defence vehicles.

PH pumps are robust, reliable piston grouting pumps, offering the possibility of computer piloting, with many improvements in safety and piloting.
Use
PH pump range is very large and allows covering the complete grouting range, from fine ground treatments to drilling injection. All pumps can grout loaded mud or great c/w slurry. PH 15 or PH 125 or PH 160 body can be directly mounted on drilling rigs. PH 2x5 and PH 15 can be mounted in one container, with integration of mixer and grout machines, eventually piloted by one computer for complete integration.
Versatility
The PH pump range is very easy to start and to maintain. All pumps are equipped with an automatic greasing unit. All pumps can be handled with a fork lift truck or with a crane. All pumps are equipped with a potentiometer in order to regulate the grouting flows.
Performance
The PH pump range has a large panel of grouting pressures (from 0 to 250 bar) and of flows (from 0 to 470 l/mn).
Safety
All PH pumps have been designed with automatic stop safety at the piston site, in case of opening.

Features
High efficiency
Under the conditions of pressure 16 MPa (2320 PSI) and speed 1800 r/min, the volumetric efficiency is over 98% and the overall efficiency is over 90%.
Low noise level
In the "A16" pump, the noise level is as low as 57.3 dB(A) [at the full cut-off pressure 21 MPa (3050 PSI) with speed 1500 r/min one metre (3.3 ft.) horizontally away from pump head cover.]

INDUSTRIAL PUMP
Leduc axial pumps are of the stationary cylinder block type. The inclined
swashplate is turned by the drive shaft, thus causing the alternate movement of the pistons. Fluid enters the pistons via a groove in the swashplate and is expelled via check valves, self–priming if required. The forces on the shaft are taken up by bearings. The pump body is made of forged steel.
A precise calculation of the stability of the films of fluid between the friction surfaces means that there is virtually no wear on the moving parts.
