PVK units are axial piston pumps of slipper design. Rotor of this pump is driven by shaft which is supported by 2 roller bearings. Inside of the rotor, there are moving 9, hydrostatically balanced, pistons parallel with an axis of rotation. They are slipping on the inclined thrust plate which is placed inside of the swash plate and this way, the pistons are moving with a straight-line motion.
They create 1 suction and 1 pressure stroke per revolution. Fluid direction is performed by frontal rotational distribution. Single cylinders are joined either with a suction channel or a pressure one of the end cap during a motion of the distributor. Swash plate angle is possible to regulate continuously with various ways of control and automatic regulations (mentioned in 5, 5.1 and 9.1) which are part of axial piston pump.
These units are designed for conversion of mechanical energy into pressure one. They can be used in closed loops of various machines (e.g. road, construction, grading, agricultural, forest, mining etc.) where is demanded a continuous change of input parameters. The loop has to be designed such way that pump parameters, which are determined by technical conditions and project of the specific application , must not be exceeded during an operation.

Parker CK cartridge kits are used in the PFVI and PFVH series fixed displacement vane pumps for application on mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment. These cartridge kits are completely assembled and tested for quick and cost effective service of the pump in the field.
The CK**PFVH (mobile) is a 10 vane cartridge designed to meet the higher operating pressures and shaft speeds of mobile equipment and the CK**PFHI (industrial) is a 12 vane cartridge designed for use in the quieter in-plant environment. Flows from 5 to 60 GPM @ 1200 RPM with operating pressures to 3000 PSI can be achieved.

Self-controlling vane pumps type PSV
Special features: Long service life due to hydrodynamic, spherically located friction bearings

Installation position: Unrestricted. The pump drive shaft must not be subjected to radial loads.

Single Pumps
These pumps are of high pressure and high performance, which have been developed especially for low noise operation. To comply with a variety of applications including injection moulding machines, PV2R series single
pumps provide the output flow of such a wide range as from 5.8 to 237 cm3 /rev (.354 to 14.46 cu.in./rev).
The intergral driving parts of the pumps are combined into a kit form and available for supply as a cartridge kit.
Therefore, the replacement of the driving parts can be done easily.
Double Pumps
These double pumps consist of two PV2R series single pumps combined in tandem within a single housing anddriven by a common shaft. A Single suction port and two discharge ports are provided so that the output flow can be supplied to separate circuits.

Description and Applications
A10VSO is an axial-piston pump of variable cubic capacity for industrial applications on average pressure. It showed its reliability in the plastic machine, the machine tool, the paper mill, or the agroalimentary one
Series 32 brings the following innovations:
Improvement of the ambient noise (- 3dB) and reduction of the pulsations by room of precompression
Improvement of the total output (+3%)
Improvement of the reliability of the rotary group and the hydraulic regulators
Improvement of its flexibility for the combinations of pumps: catch of universal force, standard ISO and SAE
Series 32 preserves the possibilities of operation with the not easily flammable fluids.

These AR series pumps heve been developed on the basis of the same design concept as A series pumps which are renowned for high efficency and low noise level. Using an alminum body, the size of the pump is more compact and the mass is considerably reduced. The noise level has also been reduced.

Capacity to control minimum displacement
The DELTA pumps are designed to regulate flow from maximum flow to flow cancellation mode. However, some applications require a minimum outlet flow to be maintained, regardless of how flow is controlled from maximum to minimum.
Capacity to have a high speed rotation
The rotating speed of the DELTA pumps depends on:
• flow supplied by the pump,
• the fluid viscosity,
• the pressure at inlet point of the pump.

Variable displacement axial piston pumps of swash plate design series AHP-10 are designed for various applications working in closed hydrostatic circuit.
Fluid flow is in proportional relation with speed and displacement of pump, which can be increased with changes of swash plate angle from zero to maximum. Standard pump is equipped with internal charge pump - G-rotor type, manifold assembly with block of flushing and two pressure relief valves on the high pressure ports.
Relief valves protect the hydrostatic transmission from overloads. Standard pump is equipped with mechanical - hydraulic servo valve with mechanical feedback. Tightness of the case around the exiting part of the shaft is protected by the shaft seal for max. pressure 0,25 MPa (intermittent 0,5 MPa).

Description and Applications:
A4VS is a pump with variable cubic capacity for industrial applications in high pressure and power. Its design in tilted plate allows him the most dynamic regulations and of the possibilities of combinations out of multiple pumps.
A4VS is declined in two families: open circuits and closed circuits
- a4VSO proved its reliability in traditional open circuits of type "presses", but also in the secondary regulations of type "testing ground".
- a4VSG is employed in the closed circuits, for applications such as the tunnellers. It envisages the options of cramming, sweeping and limitation of pressure. A compact version exists under name A4CSG
The diversity of the applications for which a4VS was requested led to many options of ordering of cubic capacity: hydromechanical or electronic regulations of pressure, flow, power; order of cubic capacity by hydraulics, electric, manual, valve proportional.

The controls available provide for standard pressure compensation, load sensing, remote pressure control, and horsepower limiting. PVX controls are available in both single stage and two stage designs. All of the PVX controls exhibit very good response and recovery times and can incorporate a shock clipper that reduces shock pressure by up to 50%. The hydrodynamic journal bearing design is a feature that enhances the quiet operation of this pump, and eliminates the B-10 rating of the unit. A one piece rotor shaft contributes to this rugged design with minimized deflection when under high system loads. The rotor design allows the designer to easily configure a tandem mount rear drive option that provides the flexibility of driving multiple pumps with a common input shaft. This eliminates the need for additional prime movers, when multiple pumps are required.
