| The industry standard circulator for decades, Series 100 is still the one by which most others are judged. With well over 10 million units installed, the Series 100 remains a leader in applications such as hydronic heating and domestic hot water circulation. Series 100's three-piece, oil lubricated design provides for easy field service with bearings, shaft and seal all housed in an assembly which can be easily repaired or replaced. The Series 100 oil lubricated motor is specifically designed for the Series 100, and its resilient mounting provides quiet, dependable service with minimum annual lubrication. UL and CSA listings are standard. The design of this motor, coupled with its overall hydraulic performance, allows the Series 100 to overcome system related noise caused by valves, fittings, or piping. |

WILO booster pumps are installed as boosters for water supply and circulating systems.
They provide enough water pressure for high buildings, elevated parts of cities and municipalities as well as in industrial applications.
Booster pumps can be installed vertically, up to a certain number of stages, also horizontally. In case of vertical installation the space requirement of the pumping installation is very low, in case of horizontal installation the complete pipework is laid at one level |

Parker CK cartridge kits are used in the PFVI and PFVH series fixed displacement vane pumps for application on mobile and industrial hydraulic equipment. These cartridge kits are completely assembled and tested for quick and cost effective service of the pump in the field.
The CK**PFVH (mobile) is a 10 vane cartridge designed to meet the higher operating pressures and shaft speeds of mobile equipment and the CK**PFHI (industrial) is a 12 vane cartridge designed for use in the quieter in-plant environment. Flows from 5 to 60 GPM @ 1200 RPM with operating pressures to 3000 PSI can be achieved.

Self-controlling vane pumps type PSV
Special features: Long service life due to hydrodynamic, spherically located friction bearings
Low tolerance between adjustment and spacer ring = minimal oil leakage
Almost constant oil leakage over the compete pressure range due to hydraulic play compensation
Technical specifications:
Installation position: Unrestricted. The pump drive shaft must not be subjected to radial loads.
Operating temperature: To prevent corrosion, the oil temperature in the tank should not exceed 55°C.
Suction: 152 mm HG
76 mm with aqueous fluids
Operating pressure: Max. 140 bar
Pressure limits: A pressure control valve should b e used with pressures in excess of 100 bar, as this would guarantee higher service life of the pump with high pressure peaks.
Direction of rotation: The SV pumps are available with clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation. The respective direction of rotation is marked by arrows located on the side of the pump housing. The direction of rotation is seen from the end of the shaft.
Pressure fluids: HLP - Mineral oil i.a.w. DIN 51525
Filtering: to ensure long service life of the pump, a return line filter with a mesh of at least 1 my is recommended. Suction filters should not be used. |

The InLine variable displacement pump type V30D and V30E work according to the swash plate principle and are intended for open circuit operation in industrial and mobile hydraulics. There is also an option for a thru-shaft for flange mounting additional variable and fixed displacement pumps. Type V30E is intended as successor of V30D, where the completely new development allowed to realize state of the art pump design. This concerns primarily the optimization of self-suction speed rating, minimized noise level, weight, and pulsation as well as increased service life.
These pumps are suited for a wide range of applications due to their low running noise and various pump controllers.
Hydraulic circuits where several outlet flows are required can be fed either by one individual pump or a multiple pump. Main benefit of these pumps are the sturdy design, the good performance/weight ratio, long service life
due to oversized bearings, and the swash plate angle indicator.

The variable volume, pressure compensated design features of this pump combined with significant advancements in noise reduction make this pump a perfect match for many industrial applications.
The controls available provide for standard pressure compensation, load sensing, remote pressure control, and horsepower limiting. These control options permit the machine designer to utilize efficient pump controls that are tailored for the requirements of a hydraulic system. PVX controls are available in both single stage and two stage designs. All of the PVX controls exhibit very good response and recovery times and can incorporate a shock clipper that reduces shock pressure by up to 50%. This feature increases system component life and system stability.
The hydrodynamic journal bearing design is a feature that enhances the quiet operation of this pump, and eliminates the B-10 rating of the unit. A one piece rotor shaft contributes to this rugged design with minimized deflection when under high system loads. The rotor design allows the designer to easily configure a tandem mount rear drive option that provides the flexibility of driving multiple pumps with a common input shaft. This eliminates the need for additional prime movers, when multiple pumps are required.
Porting plates that provide proper timing for the inlet and discharge cycles of the pump, are designed for efficient and quiet operation. These pressure loaded port plates provide optimum running clearance to the rotor and contribute to high volumetric and overall efficiency.

Dynex checkball piston pumps are available for use with various water-based fluids including water glycol. The pumps operate at maximum pressures from 10 000 psi (700 bar) to 15 000 psi (1040 bar).
These pumps are assembled with corrosion resistant parts, are treated for extra protection, ready for customer application of the final protective coating.
In the checkball design, internal bearing lubrication is provided by the pumped fluid. This prevents cross-contamination which may occur in other pump designs requiring a secondary fluid for lubrication. It also eliminates the cost of a lubrication circuit or regular maintenance of a lubricating oil.
Dynex pumps are ideal for wellhead safety control systems, subsea applications, industrial equipment including hydroform presses, and other applications requiring fire-resistant and environment-friendly fluids.
Systems currently using triplex and plunger design pumps can especially benefit from Dynex pumps, which are less than half the size, weight and cost. |
