This machine realizes automatic controlling of four axis, such as work piece movement, wheel feeding, wheel dressing and measurement sample changing through transmission of servomotor and ball lead screw controlled by PC. It changes the traditional hydraulic worktable to servo motor transmission, so it approved the productivity and working reliability greatly. And it is especially suitable for camshaft grinding with special requirement.
The grinding head wheel bearing specifications adopts dynamic-static bearing, the rotation of wheel with high precision, good rigidity and anti-shaking ability.

Centerless grinding involves the workpiece being simultaneously machined and guided on its generated surface. The line contact on a suppliers of grinding wheel forms the
grinding line, the workpiece lies flush with the regulating wheel and is held in place from below by a guide rail.
During grinding, the center of the workpiece lowers as its diameter is reduced through abrasion. This causes the workpiece to migrate towards the regulating wheel. JUNKER’s electronic control system compensates for this position change by tracking the grinding wheel so that precise machining is guaranteed at all times.
Centerless cylindrical grinding is also the ideal solution for workpieces that are difficult to hold due to their shape or small dimensions. |

The KEL-VISTA is designed to be a cost-effective CNC-alternative to hydraulically-controlled cylindrical grinding machines. Programming knowledge is now no longer necessary, thanks to the simple, user-friendly Kellenberger menu-based programming. The KEL-VISTA has been very compactly designed with coolant tray which is separated from the machine base, an integrated transport system and swivelling upper table.
