. CHIP-TO-CHIP TIME OF 0.3 SECONDS
As developers of MULTI-SPINDLE TECHNOLOGY with long-standing experience in high-speed technology, we move your workpiece during the production cycle in the machine from one fixed spindle to the next one, at best with a chip-to-chip time of only 0.3 seconds. Parts to be machined are cut up to 6 sides.
The tool remains exactly positioned in the HSK tool holder. Processing spindles can be mounted onto four sides of the processing area of the machine, which has the advantage of little wear and no chips in the tool holder.
Tool design is not restricted by machine design, an ANGER high performance machine is freely configurable and programmable.
. DYNAMIC FEED RATES
Less masses in motion reduce the wear and create highly-dynamic feed rates of up to 90m/min and 1g acceleration in the machining process. Concrete filled machine beds between 10 and 25 tons depending on the machine model assure maximum rigidity.
. NO TOOL CHANGE
As no tool change is required, secondary time is minimized. Repeated positioning- and clamping failures, as usual with several settings in several BAZ, are being minimized on
ANGER machines.
This machine design permits process capable position tolerances up to 0.01 mm, diameter tolerances in the range IT 5 and roundness up to 0.002 mm.
