The CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA-V1 is a particularly innovating solution proposing a suction power of 8.5 kPa, an airflow of 3.2 m3/min and a very compact size compared to those performances.
Ideal for all types of laser marking and micro-cutting applications, the CBA-1000AT-HC-DSA perfectly deals with the problem of clogging fumes thanks to a unique and patented filtering process with zeolite. It neutralizes fumes and avoids an early saturation of the main filter. The action of an automatic lever allows a reinitialization of the filter state and thus lengthens the system time of use. An activated carbon filter manages odors and fumes.
An electronic panel board allows to master 7 levels of suction speed, indicates the filter saturation and possible problems. Likewise, a synchronization plug connects the model to different types of productive systems (machine-tools, production line, etc) for a simultaneous running.
The machine offers a very good sound comfort (54-59 dB).
Possibility to exhaust air outside.
Non-applicable for toxic gas, liquid, explosive, corrosive and abrasive substances.
