Process Description
After degassing, the product is preheated in the SIGMA Plate Heat Exchanger and is then fed to the stripping section of a rectifying column.
The fluid flows down the column at a temperature between 43 and 48°C. In counter flow the product contacts rising vapours which bring about the selective separation of the alcohol from the product.
The alcohol free wine/beer is then fed from the bottom of the column into an evaporator. In the evaporater, vapours are produced, which are necessary for the rectification process. These are then redirected into the column. The completely dealcoholised product is pumped out of the plant via a cooler.
The alcohol rich vapours pass from the stripping section to the rectification section where they are concentrated to 75% alcohol.
In the patented Aroma Recovery Unit aroma components are recovered and redirected into the wine/beer. The alcohol rich vapours are condensed, cooled to a low temperature and stored in a tank in the form of industrial alcohol, which is a saleable product, which can be marketed immediately.

The channel brings them into the coil and when the piece is in the middle of the coil, the unit releases a capacity discharge. The demagnetization coils are designed to be easily adapted to rolling channels.

Pressure die-casting is mostly used when it is necessary to include special geometries for joints, integrated spacers, handles and details for assembling, sophisticated containers, heat sinks with circular fins.
Die-cast products can be finished with:
- Polishing;
- Painting;
- Anodization;
- Chromate treatment (transparent and gold).
As for prototypes and/or little series it is possible to use pressure sand die-casting or with lost wax, prior of producing the final steel die. |

STILL FROM CHARENTE
This device for the distillation of alcohol is built of copper and bronze. Some parts of the still, less important for the quality of the cognac or brandy, can be built in stainless steel for practical reasons (for example, valves, pipes, condenser).
However, copper remains the most efficient metal to manufacture stills. Copper offers the following advantages: it is malleable; good heat conductor; resistant on fire and wine corrosion. It reacts on certain wine components such as the components of sulphide and the fatty-acids, (this property is favourable for the quality of brandy or cognac): and it is a suitable reactions catalyst between the wine components. |

Our friction feeder can be either vertical or horizontal.
Small machine, easy to move and can be adjusted to all lines. It places various products ranging from 130 g/m² to 4 mm thick.
On a shrink wrapping machine it places flat products vertically at a rate of 150 products /mn depending on the synchronisation and 300 cycles /mn with a brushless motor.
Before a case packer it places coupons or leaflets vertically into a box or onto a step by step conveyor. It can be used for the distribution and counting of envelopes, which may vary in size from 50 mm x 50 mm to A4 size (210x297mm).
The products are taken one by one from the magazine by a friction belt on a horizontal cartoner. It also places neck hangers onto bottles. Neck hangers are taken from a magazine and remain flat after placing. The speed rate can reach 8000 bottles per hour.
Autonomy can be improved by using a horizontal magazine from 800mm to 3000mm long.
Horizontal and vertical feeders are equipped with a photocell to achieve perfect synchronisation.

| The equipment is able to process powders and to form agglomerates with a porous structure so that the final product is able to instantly dissolve and absorb liquid. The application is mainly for the food, drink and dietetic markets were fine powders are use which, without the use of the instatizer, would form lumps that float on the surface of the liquid. The instantizer uses steam in the process ( is a re-wet agglomerator ) and produces a product with better flowability that ensure a repeatable batches for filling and tableting machines. |

Furfural, an organic solvent, is used in the chemical and petrochemical sector and to produce furfurilic alcohol mainly applied in the resin and plastic production.
The specific process developed by P.E. exploits agricultural residua (such as rice husks, wood, corncobs, etc. .. ) and residual products (from the treatment of sugar cane, palm oil, etc. .. )and permits the furfural production together with the recover of other organic substances, such as acetic acid, formic acid, methanol and ethanol.
By using poor materials (agricultural residua) the following goals are attained:

FULL AUTOMATIC PANEL BENDER
Restricted to the Japanese market until 2000, the TBZ panel bending machines are now available in the European market. Once again AMADA proves its capability in bending expertise with: automatic tool changer, crowning…e.t.c Furthermore all axes are controlled by servomotors guarantying accuracy and reliability. The programming of TBZ by the windows based AMNC NC is a new approach between men and machine technology.

The principal machine of this production line adopts speed reducer of hard tooth surface, DC electric machine, Euro DC speed regulator, screen changer of hydraulic system, distributor, moulds of clothes-rack mode, three-roller calendaring machine and tractor of high speed and frequency control, roller let-off of double-position mode and deviation rectifying device. It is capable of producing mono-layer or multi-layer PP/PE co-extrusion plates/sheets. Covering fabric braided and film on the double folds can reinforce the toughness and tensile strength.
