Simple and versatile, the BM horizontal magnetic drive centrifugal pumps can be used with chemically aggressive liquids eliminating any risk of external leakage.
Thanks to the their magnetic coupling (transmission occurs by means of opposing magnets) and to the absence of rotating seals, this type of pump guarantees safe operation and the least possible maintenance. The pair of magnets in fact makes up the pump-motor connection: the shaft-motor magnet transmits rotary motion to the other magnet coupled to the impeller.
The liquids pumped must necessarily be clean, without the presence of suspended solids.
A wide variety of series versions are available with solutions for all industrial pumping needs. |

Leakage free, turbine pump
As is common with corrosion resistant pumps, this series uses the magnetic drive method, eliminating all problems caused by liquid leakage. Its pump characteristics include a small flow rate and high head.
Built-in self-priming valve
The inlet side of the pump contains a self-priming valve. Self-priming is actuated quickly after initial priming.
Superior corrosion resistance

The cast solid centrifugal pumps are intended for the pumping of not very aggressive clear liquids. Compact group with standardized directional supports and disassembling Process. The dynamic sealing is obtained by standardized mechanical seal and the drive, by electrical motor is with standard IEC or lengthened shaft end.
Construction: cast iron ft. 20 or stainless steel AISI 316L.
These pumps are used for the water supply, the draining of tanks, ice-cold water the circulation in air-conditioning, the overpressure of water, the circuits of heating or fire.

Designed for re-circulating service in reverse osmosis and other membrane systems, the 200MS Series multistage pumps offer lower start-up and run costs due to the high efficiency, two impeller design. These pumps produce a smooth, constant flow rate that reduces RO membrane fouling. BCP Petrol pumps are centrifugal, self priming horizontal pumps.They are assigned for transport of all kinds of petrol and naphta. They also could be used for transport of ammonia, benzol etc.
BCP pumps are designed as single stage and multistage. They can be driven by electric drive on the same base plate. Self priming of the pump is made possible by means of a vacuum rotor which is enclosed in the pump.
With the transport of easily evaporable fluids, the conditions for cavity appearance are convenient. In due of it, a "cavity rotor" is build in the pump, protecting the pump from cavity. In cases when the pipeline operation stops, the overflow valve enables continuation of the pump operation for a certain period, without switching the motor off. The circular fluid flow duration depends on the fluid temperature, which must not exceed 60C.
