The horizontal centrifugal pumps MB made in resin are highefficiency pumps operated by an electric motor in direct drive (max. 3000 rpm) for rapid transfer and/or emptying of fluid, with a flow rate of from 5 to 55 m3/hour. The particular open rotor construction allows fluids, even when very dirty, with an apparent viscosity of up to 500 cps (at 20°C) and with small sized suspended solids, to be pumped with a continuous flow. The frame plates for type EHM pumps have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners . The impellers are made of wear-resistant metal. The frame plate liner and impeller for EHM pump are adoptable of hard metal only.
Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired. Bearing assembly use grease lubrication.
The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
