Introduction
Type SP pumps are vertical, centrifugal slurry pumps submerged in sump to work. These pumps have no need of any shaft seal and sealing water. They can also be operated normally for insufficient suction duties.
The pump casing of type SP pumps are made of wear-resistant metal and the impellers are made of wear rubber or poyure.
According to liquid surface of the slurry pool, the pump transmission shaft and suction pipe could be chosen. The pump could operate under the best condition with different speed.
Application:
they are designed for delivering abrasive, large particle and high—density slurries and applied over the fields such as metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building materials, and environmental protection. |

The vertical turbine ,deep well pumps are intended for pumping clear or slightly muddy water at temperatures not exceeding 60 C. The pump(hydraulic part) consists of one or several impellers with axial suction usually manufactured using bronze or cast iron. Each of the impellers is statically and dynamically balanced and they are mounted on steel shaft and screwed on the bottom side using bolt so they create a whole.
Technical data:
Capacity Up to 680 l/sec
Head Up to 210 m
Temperature Up to 60 °C
The typical application is in metallurgical industry, water supply, industrial plants, irrigation and dewatering, sanitary wash down services, thermo energetic plants, mining and civil engineering. |

SPP's Lowest Life-cycle Cost Series of single and multi-stage Vertical Turbine pumps have been designed for longevity and incorporate many standard features, which facilitate ease of maintenance. A spacer coupling between the thrust bearing assembly and seal chamber allows a cartridge mechanical seal to be removed without dismantling the headpiece and removing the driver. Easily removable keyed muff type couplings connect all shafts, facilitating disassembly of the whole pump unit with minimal risk of damaging expensive component parts.
High-grade standard materials of construction and a rugged stiff shaft mechanical design coupled to state of the art hydraulics, offer unrivalled longevity and the lowest cost of ownership.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS:
Water Treatment & Supply
River Water Extraction
Borehole Deep Well Extraction
Drainage & Irrigation
Cooling Tower Circulation
Process & Industrial utility duties
Petrochemical utility duties
Condensate Extraction
Sea Water lift
Power Plant utility duties |

Multi-stage Vertical Turbine Pumps with bronze impellers and cast iron bowls. The lineshaft turbine pumps have above-ground discharge with water-lubricated lineshaft bearings. The column pipe coupling has bronze centering spiders with fluted-rubber lineshaft bearings. The bowls are vitra-glass coated in the waterways for improvedefficiencies. Capacities up to 10,000 GPM with heads to 150 feet per stage.
APPLICATIONS:
COOLING TOWERS, PRESSURE BOOSTING AND GENERAL WATER SERVICE. |

Seal-Less Brushless Water Circulating Pumps...
offer basic pump/motor designs from 12 GPM to 26 GPM in either 12 VDC or 24 VDC motor designs. Variable speed is available for the 12 GPM pump. The seal-less pump design is magnetically coupled which provides for a leak-proof pump. There are no rotating wet seals to wear out and leak. Detailed pump information is provided on the individual product sheets. AMETEK seal-less pumps are not designed for, and should not be used in, life sustaining applications. |
