Features and Applications
The EHR series slurry pumps are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal slurry pumps. They are designed for the handling of highly abrasive, high density slurries in the metallurgical, mining, coal, power, construction material and many other industries. The pumps of this series can be installed in multistage series.
The frame plates for the EHM series have replaceable wear-resistant metal liners. The EHR series have replaceable wear-resistant rubber liners. The impellers are made of rubber for the EHR series. The shaft seals of the EHR series may adopt shaft gland seal or expeller seal. The discharge branch can be oriented to any of the eight different positions

Unistream
Unistream End Suction Pumps conform to EN 733/DIN 24255 dimensional standards for use in industrial, building services and many OEM applications. This range is designed with a back-pull out facility allowing removal of the hydraulic rotating element without disturbance of the pipework or motor.
Eurostream
The Eurostream range of pumps provides close coupled versions of the SPP Pumps Unistream which is designed based on the DIN 24255 standard. The range covers 25 pump sizes from 32mm to 125mm discharge affording 190 pump/motor combinations. The Eurostream’s cost effective design promotes space saving and eliminates problems associated with baseplate and coupling alignment leading to lower installation and capital costs.
Instream
The Instream is designed to provide a high level of component interchangeability with the Unistream and Eurostream ranges; providing extra benefits including simplification of design, savings in time and cost to standardisation of pipework layout, and a reduction in spares requirements.
Aquastream
The success of the high efficiency mixed flow pump is based on its ability to produce large flow rates at low to medium heads. The specially developed hydraulic design produces efficiency up to 89% depending on the size. For outright performance and reduced running costs, the Aquastream is clearly in a class of its own. This range is used in a wide range of industrial and environmental applications and can be used on either clean or turbid
water. The mixed flow impellers are cut to each duty point to minimise the motor power used.

Introduction:
With the development of the technology, our company has introduced the series EZJ slurry pump under the theory of modern fluid mechanics and mechanical, based on the software design and practical experiences.
The EZJ series slurry pumps are designed as single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps. They are classified into the horizontal version (EZJ type) and vertical version (EZJL type) according to mode of construction and the discharge diameters of horizontal pumps vary from 300mm to 200mm 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, 40mm, etc.And the discharge diameters of vertical pumps vary from 150mm to 100mm 80mm 65mm 50mm, etc.
The pumps are innovative in both hydraulic and structural designs. The wet parts are made from self-developed high-chrome alloy cast iron with high wear-resistance.They are of energy- saving, high efficiency, little vibration, low noise, long service, lightweight, reliable operation and easy maintenance.
Application:
The EZJ series slurry pumps are widely used in power, metallurgical, mining, coal and building materials, which are suitable for handling abrasive and corrosive solids-bearing slurries with maximum concentrations of wt.45% (ash) and wt.60% (ore) such as handling the fine ore and tailings in mining, removing ash and dredges in power plant and delivering coal tailings. The pumps can be operated in series according to special requirements.
