Centrifugal Pumps are the most common and well-established pumps on the market. They come in many different models and can transfer fluids with high efficiency over a wide range of flows and pressures. With more than 70 years in the Centrifugal Pump business, Johnson Pump offers several series of centrifugal pumps, many of which comply with ISO, DIN and API standards.
|
|
The Lutz centrifugal pumps of the range TMB/AM/TMR are horizontal, dry running, single stage plastic centrifugal pumps with magnetic drive for the delivery of clean, corrosive and little solid containing liquids.
The typical industry sectors are the chemical engineering, the galvanic and surface treatment, the sewage and water treatment industry, the semiconductor industry as well as the general industry.
Since the pump is magnetically driven, no mechanical seals are required and therefore the hydraulic system is hermetically sealed from the environment.
Absolutely safe for dry running:
The model TMR execution „R“ is suitable for dry running by means of a patented magnetic „two axial directions self-alignment system“.
- Sealless and environmentally safe
- Bearings made of Carbon, Ceramic, SiC or Rulon®
- Operating safety and high efficiency
- Robust and powerful
- Long working life
- Easy maintenance |
|
| Centrifugal chemical pumps moulded in pure thermoplastic material with many executions to offer different applications for pumping chemicals in the most efficient way. Innovation thanks to stainless steel use in the pump body as reinforcement. The stainless steel is also used for the coupling guard and the base plate all according to the ISO norms. The employed material and external structures are identical for the whole project Frontiera. The inside solutions and type of motor connection are different. These pumps can be sealless or sealed; close coupled or long coupled executions. |

| FTI's DB Series Magnetic Drive Pumps are the product of advanced engineering CFD design software and superior magnetic flux technology. Using powerful neodymium magnetic technology, the DB sealless mag drive pumps are an ideal replacement for mechanical sealed pumps in corrosive duty applications. |
|
Operation is similar to standard centrifugal pumps, except the impeller is driven with a magnetic coupling, eliminating the need for a shaft seal. Magnetic drive pumps must be used where a flooded suction exists. The corrosion resistant pump has dry run capabilities. Several flexibile mounting and body discharge positions are available. The pump offers a low current draw and heat rise and has a quiet operation. NSF certified models are available.
Typical applications include film processors, laser and x-ray cooling systems, medical, scientific and laboratory equipment and silver recovery equipment. |
|
Using the latest, patented pump technology, Hayward's Series R all-plastic, corrosion resistant pumps will stand up to the most aggressive, demanding industrial and commercial applications year in and year out. From the heavy duty, thick wall, glass reinforced polypropylene or ETFE pump body construction, to the rugged epoxy painted motors, there is simply no better mag drive plastic pump available anywhere. And Hayward backs every one of its Webster mag drive pumps with an extended two year warranty.
With horsepower ratings from 1/3 to 5 HP, applications requiring flow rates from 5 to 140 GPM and with maximum total dynamic head discharges up to 141 feet, you will find a Webster Magnetic Drive Pump to meet your requirements. And because the process media never contacts metal, there is never a danger of pump failure due to rust or corrosion. Because they are magnetically driven, they have no seals, thus no emissions, leaks or expensive seal replacements.
|
|
| The Johnson Pump range of magnetic drive centrifugal pumps has no seals and is therefore leak proof. This makes the pumps ideal for transporting aggressive, dangerous and valuable fluids. Because of more stringent environmental requirements and ever more advanced manufacturing process, there is increase in interest in this type of pump. |
|
Micropump's centrifugal pumps offer a reliable, simple, long-lasting design for higher flow applications. Using the unique leak-free magnetic drive technology, centrifugal pumps provide excellent chemical resistance and energy efficient fluid delivery. Integrated impeller and magnet assemblies reduce the number of rotating parts to maximize pump life.

| It is a range of chemical pumps for different applications available either in magnetic drive version (TMR series) or with mech. seal (ZMR series). The magnetic driven pumps have the patented “two axial directions self-alignment” system that allows the dry running as standard work conditions for “R” internal configuration. The combination of adequate materials of guide system of the impeller to one specific magnetic field eliminates completely all the axial frictions that are the cause of breakages due to dry running. It is possible to install the motor without disassembling the pump. |
