Nex Flow™ nozzles are designed to fit into small spaces. We have an adjustable nozzle for some applications and then a few different nozzles with varying force, depending on the application.
Model 47001 - is a small brass nozzle to fit into small spots and used by many machine builders for blow-off applications.
Model 47002 - is the small Model 47001 brass nozzle added to a copper tube. Machine builders can bend the copper tube and aim the nozzles to where ever it suits. The copper tube is simply press fit into the customer's system.
Model 47003 - This is a common standard strength nozzle with a 1/8" male NPT connection and ideal for most blow-off applications involving liquids. It is made of aluminum and is partially anodized for longer life. The coanda profile is made for excellent noise reduction and blow-off force at a good distance.

Air Jets are larger than nozzles and used when a wider area needs to be hit with the amplified air. They are significantly more efficient than nozzles although often use as much compressed air. Their best use is to replace pairs of nozzles that are used for part ejection or for blow-off applications that require greater force than that provided by air knives or air movers. Nozzles are for point use while air jets can fan out somewhat for better continuous blow-off when a row of them are made. Nex Flow air jets are all made adjustable with a lock ring to assure the security of any gap setting. They have a female 1/8" NPT and made lightweight with anodized aluminum.
From Left to right is the Mini Air Jet, then the High Force Air Jet then the High Flow Air Jet
Model 45001 - High Flow Air Jet and Model 45002 High Force Air Jet are physically the same size. The only difference is a larger exit opening for the amplified air flow. The high flow system is used more for cooling and light blow-off while the high force version is sued mainly for heavier blow-off applications.
Model 45003 - Mini Air Jet is the most compact air jet with high force, is adjustable and ideal for tight spaces. This is unique to Nex Flow and there is no equivalent competitive system.

Tornado Nozzles do more …
than simply clean by compressed air blow! Contamination such as dust, swarf or even liquids are loosened by a powerful air-jet. Air turbulence created by the rotating movement traps and effectively removes contamination from the surface. Both rotating arms can be individually adjusted, i.e. the speed of rotations and the jet angle can be adjusted to suit the application. Tornado Nozzles only use compressed air and are absolutely reliable devices. They may also be used in explosion-risk areas.
Cleanroom version
All Tornado Nozzles are available in a cleanroom version. At an operating pressure of 6 bar, they are suitable for cleanrooms with clean-air conditions “class 100” (US Federal Standard 209E).
Tested by the Fraunhofer Institute (Institute for Production Technology) in Stuttgart, Germany.

CENTRIFUGAL PRESSURE NOZZLES
The most widespread pressure atomizer , where the energy for atomization is supplied exclusively by the feed liquid pressure. In this type nozzle the liquid enters the whirl chamber through a slot in the side of the chamber itself, follows a tangential path around the inner chamber profile, and is then fed to the outlet orifice at high speed. Nozzle orifice, whirl chamber and nozzle top plate are made out of tungsten carbide or other wear resistant materials, to avoid rapid wear and consequent performance degradation. Bodies are manufactured from high quality Aisi 316 stainless steel.
These nozzles are well suited for atomizing high viscosity liquids with viscosities values up to several hundred centipoises. They are successfully used in countercurrent spraydryers, and in systems using multiple nozzle lances. Capacities range up to several thousands of kgph for a single nozzle.

NZK30 Ionizing Nozzle
Static Control Nozzles are designed to neutralize the high static charges for industrial applications in which anti static bars can not be mounted. High technology used in design can produce more efficient results for static electric problems even in high-speed applications. It provides high performance and efficient ionization with fast discharging time. Statik Control Nozzles seperate air molecules to positive and negative ions by the electric field it generates and transports them with its air nozzles.
Any static charged product passed from the efficient distance of the nozzle will draw the opposite charged ions and neutralize the product. This will prevent the sticking of products to other products or parts of machines. At the same time electrical shocks, explosions, fire danger and dust attraction of which is caused by static electric will be prevented.
Thanks to static control nozzles which don't need any calibrations and can be cleaned and cared easily. Machines will perform hygienic, safe and high quality production with high performance without problems. Even if the user touches the needles of the nozzle, each end of the bar are connected capacitively to high voltage so user won't be exposed to a shock which will harm human health. Air which will be applied to the system by the compressor should be clean and dry. Because of its an ergonomic and light structure, nozzle has a simple, quiet and efficient way of operating.
