TWIN is a punching line with hydraulic units, two opposing heads and adjustable stroke. TWIN punches tubes up to 9000 mm.
Its ring structure avoids flexures, achieving a high accuracy and granting a long life of the tooling.
TWIN grants a growth in production by the high punching speed, the very fast feeder and the quick lock tooling. It can punch blind and through holes on two pipes at the same time; it can also work with a single head and punch both the edges of the tubes.
If needed, TWIN can be equipped with an automatic loading and unloading bar magazine with manipulators and pneumatic or mechanical ejection of the scraps.

CNC Turret Punching Machine
For higher volume production, many sheet metal processes can be carried out on a CNC machine for lower cost and higher repeatability.
With CNC turret punching, the material is automatically fed into the CNC turret punching machine and positioned very accurately under the punch. The CNC turret punch can be loaded with an array of different tools which are changed automatically by the tool changer. The CNC turret punching machine is programmed to very quickly perform all the punching operations on the work piece including creating cut outs, holes, slots, ventilation grilles and louvers.

It is a hydraulic punching unit simplified with a robust closed-ring formed structure in steel. This machine can punch tubular, profiles and flat bars of medium thickness.
It can punch up to a diameter of 50 mm and it can make blind and through punches.
The stroke of the punch is adjustable up to 90 mm. It is furnished with quick coupling punches.

The modular is a new punching line, for tubes and metal profiles, with numerical control. This machine has the opportunity to assemble from one up to four hydraulic heads and punch holders. Furthermore, it can be furnished with a main feeder and an optional opposing feeder, which permits the punching of the tubes on the basis of the programs, which are stored in the programmer up to the ends of the bars. The machine has a closed ring structure and this guarantees a great duration of the punches and of the dies.
The set up of the tools allows the quick coupling of the equipment itself.

The maximum sheet size is 1250mm x 2500mm (4' x 8') with maximum sheet thickness of 4mm in stainless steel, 6mm in mild steel or 8mm in aluminium. The background of FINN-POWER's new X5 turret punch press is pioneering experience in hydraulic punching since 1983. Featuring modern industrial design, it continues our modular engineering tradition, where the basic package is already full of features and some options can be equipped now or later through retrofits.
Reliable and productive punching capacity
The X5 is compact and easy to install. Its rigid ”O” frame ensures optimum tool alignment when nibbling or punching with high force.
The hydraulic punch stroke is digitally controlled. It allows different punch modes, stepless punch speed and position programming.Working area is 1,250 mm x 2,500 mm without repositioning.
The turret has a total of 20 tool stations. Seventeen (17) tool holders have been specified, and three (3) are free for customer selection. Index or Multi-Tools® can be chosen. The turret has 29 tools as standard, and the number can be expanded by adding Multi-Tool® stations.
Nibbling speeds up to 600 hpm are available; index rotation speed is 133 rpm max. Maximum sheet thickness is 8 mm and sheet weight 200 kg. Two sheet clamps with central locking are standard.
The machine tables are equipped with brush top. Sheet loading is easy due to two optimally placed gauge pins and a moving table which can be locked to five different positions.
