V-VTR
Suction capacity 100 – 155 m³/h
Ultimate vacuum 150 mbar (abs.)
Looking at the pumps’ body, the characteristic features that have made the V-VTR, such a success are still there. Access to filter and valves is easily obtained from one side. Wide cooling air inlets and outlets make sure the pump does not overheat – even at high ambient temperatures. The look has been given a face-lift while staying within the dimensions of the parent machines.
The distinct properties of the new generation rotary vanes can be found under the noise insulating housing. A number of parts have been redesigned to achieve a remarkable lowering of machine temperatures: Manifold ribbing of the housing, Optimized routing of cooling air, Suction and pressure chambers are thermally separated in the filter housing, Minimized contact surface of thermoconducting parts.
Advantages:
• Low noise level
• Easy to use and service
• Environmentally friendly
• Safe and reliable
• Robust and economical
• Low maintenance
• Reduced wear
• Reliable even under extreme conditions
• Energy saving
This machine type is also as compressor (V-DTR) and combined vacuum pump with compressor (V-KTR) available.
Typical Applications:
Environmental, Industrial applications, Packaging, Printing, Woodworking

An elastomer diaphragm is moved up and down by an eccentric. On the down-stroke it draws the air or gas being handled through the inlet valve. On the up-stroke the diaphragm forces the medium through the exhaust valve and out of the head. The compression chamber is hermetically sealed from the drive mechanism by the diaphragm. The diaphragm pumps transfer, evacuate, and compress completely oil-free.
