The helical gearbox from the CMG series is available in 4 different sizes and has the following characteristics:
- Body and the PAM flange are made from aluminium
- The feet and output flange from iron
- The gears are always rectified for stages 1 and 2
- Permanent lubricant
The intensely thought out engineering behind the project allows us to make up the gears quickly by combining specific kits: this reduces the number of components and codes to manage and speeds up assembling and delivery time, which makes management easier and reduces warehouse costs.
The CMG is unique in its type as it is characterised by a higher grade of modularity which makes it ideal for many applications. Starting from the standard base it is possible to configurate the gear according to the applications requirements.

GEAR UNIT: With die-cast aluminium casing in the first stage (worm) and steel casing in the second stage, which is planetary with three internal planetary gears. Wheel rim in special bronze 120-160 HB hardness. Worm gears in hardened steel with grinding threads rotating on ball and roller bearings. Lubrication with special long-lasting oil.
Sealing rings made in special rubber for high temperatures. 9 gear ratios (i) available, from 33,25 to 475. Rated torque 90 Nm. Version B3 or B5. B5/S left version - B5/D right version.

Length "L" of the gearmotor as a funtion of reduction and outlet number of revolution with the standard motor
752 40 output W 2900 Rpm loadness, 12/24 Vdc. Drivingshaft supported by self lubrificating bushings. Outlet shaft
supported by two coupled screened bearings. The motor and the reduction gear are both thrated for corrosion strength.
The motor has an electrical suppressor system for the CE standard.
Connecting 2 wire 0,75 x 200 mm.
* The rotation speed can change of ± 10%.
The S1 load test was made using a 1,3 A corrent in the air with an increase of temperature of 70° C.
The S2 load test was made using a 2,6 A corrent in the air with a timing 5' ON 5' OFF with an increase of temperature
