SchuF produces one of the broadest ranges of sampling valves available to the Refinery, Pharmaceutical, Fine Chemicals, Biochemical, Plastics and Polymer industries.
The valves are most commonly used to simplify the extraction of samples from or the injection into tanks, reactors, or pipelines and allow for trouble free service over long periods of time.
The SchuF range includes: Type 30 (line sampling and injection valves), Type 31/33 (wafer sampling valves), Type 32 (screw in sampling valves), and Type 35 (submersed sampling valves).

Top-Flo® sample valves are specially engineered to be the finest in the industry and incorporate many features and benefits not found on other sampling valves. Top-Floreg; sampling valves come standard with minimal internal deadleg area designed into each valve, keeping hold up volume to a minimum for accurate samples every time. Right Angle or In-Line models can be supplied as main components (special bored cap and main body) to allow the user to fabricate their own size configurations on an as needed basis. Right Angle or In-Line models available from stock in sizes 1/2" to 4" clamp end x hose barb.

Milk, yogurt, jam, syrup, ketchup...when it comes to food production, you can’t be too careful with your samples.
Our unique steamable design makes it impossible for residues to hide and survive.
In combination with our aseptic system you can even protect your sample against airborne contamination – all the way – while taking the sample and while moving on transporting the sample to the laboratory.
Important: All Keofitt® valves complies with EHEDG and A3 requirements.

The MV-8 Series manual sampling valve is designed for use in high purity semiconductor applications, and is also ideally suited for ultra-pure water or aggressive chemicals. The design utilizes a machined PTFE body with precision machined seat and diaphragm sealing areas. A one piece machined modified PTFE diaphragm is also utilized for excellent flexibility and life. The valve incorporates a full flow through port with a low dead volume down leg. The purge port option makes this the valve of choice for valve manifold boxes and distribution systems.
FEATURES:
* One piece precision machined diaphragm manufactured from the latest technology modified PTFE. Provides over five times the flexural life as compared to conventional PTFE. Benefits are high cycle life, lower replacement costs and less downtime
* Full flow through port reduces pressure drop
* Purge port option allows system maintenance downstream of valve without disrupting main flow
SPECIFICATIONS:
Materials of Construction:
* Wetted Surfaces - PTFE, Modified PTFE
* Non Wetted Surfaces - PVDF
Pressure Ranges:
* 27” Hg vacuum (913 mbar) to 120 PSIG (8.3 bar)
* Pressure ranges above are for operation at ambient temperature
Temperature Ranges:
* 0° - 212° F (-17° -100° C) Ambient
* 0° - 400° F (-17° - 204° C) Fluid
