THe automatic oven model FT53, equipped with hot air generator, heat shrinks palletized products packed in tubular heat shrinking film.
The hot air release linear gas burners are desigined to work both with methane and propane gas, ( validation number DG2217 BL 0557) released by the German Gas Institute, valid throughout the entire European Community.
The film is well fastened to the base of the product by an intake device which avoids the "hot-air balloon" effect caused by the dilation of the air contained in the bag when heated for the heat shrinking process.
All functions are managed by a PLC which controls all automatic and manual operations

ST Series Standard Features
- Console units with heavy gauge steel body and welded tubular steel frame and base.
- Chamber temperature is thermostatically controlled through an electronic time proportional temperature controller guaranteeing maximum temperature variation in the shrink chamber of no more than 2 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Variable speed conveyor system. Rollers are solid aluminum, silicone covered and set on 2” centers.
- Automatic shutdown cycle.
- A bottom shrink section that ensures perfect all around shrink.

The Mini 400 is the ideal shrink tunnel for small and medium-sized packaged goods. However, the tunnel needs only 0,67 m² of floor space and is particularly recommended for areas where space is a bit tight. Its compact exterior conceals a high-tech interior which produces surprisingly excellent shrinking results for this class of machine.

Shrink tunnels
The air direction (inside the shrinktunnel) is by means of double air flaps each individually controlled externally.
The standard roller transport system is supplied with heat resistant rollers coverd with silicone rubber. Wire mesh belt, heat resistant plastic slat belt or rotating rollers for polyolefin films can be supplied al options.
The speed of the main drive is infiniely variable.
In conjunction with a digital temperature controller th heating
may be infinitely adjusted up to 250°C.

Shrink Frame - Easy Flex
A prefabricated film hood is manually applied over the pallet load after which it is conveyed into the Easy Flex where the shrinking takes place automatically.
We recommend our Easy Flexfor production lines with relatively low staff costs but also for production lines with low capacities. In case of an increase in production capacity at a later stage, it is possible to integrate the LACHENMEIER Easy Flex in a High Speed Shrink Wrapping Line (Speed Flex) or in a Sleeve Wrapping Line (Sleeve Flex), thus upgrading the Easy Flex to a fully automatic packaging line.
