PALLETIZING ROBOTS:

Designed specifically for palletizing, reliable Motoman EPL-series “Expert Palletizing” robots are available in 80-, 160-, 300- and 500-kg payload models. Heavier-payload four-axis EPL-series robots can service multiple infeed conveyors and pallet build locations. Internally routed air and I/O signal lines through all four robot axes virtually eliminate cable and hose wear. A unique Utilities Management Package provides an optimized method for connecting to the end-of-arm tooling. The economical five-axis EPL80 palletizing robot uses traditional external cabling and is designed to service multiple infeed conveyors and a single pallet build location. Featuring a slim wrist and compact body, the EPL80 is ideal for end-of-line palletizing solutions that require minimal footprint.

EasyPallet™ Pendant and PC-based off-line programming software are available as options to simplify programming of palletizing applications.

PalletWorld® is a modular solution designed to provide high-throughput robotic palletizing for a majority of palletizing applications. Pre-engineered modules are integrated with an EPL palletizing robot to achieve the functionality and throughput. Modules include standard vacuum, mechanical and clam-shell type grippers than can accommodate a complete range of bags, cases or irregular shapes, as well as infeed conveyors, pallet locators, pallet racks, pallet outfeed conveyors, etc. These flexible add-on modules allow for customizing or upgrading system capabilities.
