Product overview
The ACI Type 330 longitudinal sight glass fitting is a rectangular vertical level indicator for reliable observation of liquid levels in closed containers (boilers, tanks, silos). It can be welded into the container wall or welded on and is designed for high pressure and temperature applications.

Materials & optical options

• Sight glass plate made of borosilicate glass to DIN 7081 (or comparable)
• Standard body material: stainless steel 1.4571 (316Ti); other materials available on request
• Sealing: flat gaskets selectable from a wide range (>50 sealing materials) including fiber gaskets, PTFE (Teflon®), NBR, novaphit® MST-XP, KlingerSil® C4400 and other branded materials
• Protective measures: mica protection disc for high temperature/steam protection; FEP or Halar® coating to protect the glass from aggressive chemicals or alkaline solutions
• Optical types: transparent sight glass for clear/colored media; reflex sight glass (DIN 7081 or comparable) for poorly lit containers — note: reflex glasses cannot be combined with mica discs or coatings
