The original air-operated double diaphragm QUANTUM pumps are special for their optimized performance and unique advantages that traditional AODD pumps do not have. Solid-block construction made of pure thermoplastic polymers (PTFE) Available in size 1/2" - 1" - 1 1/2" Variable flow and pressure High chemical resistance and mechanical strength Non-icing air valve system Low air consumption Free-fastening diaphragm (from the shaft) Structural compactness Super easy maintenance Maximum safety For aggressive liquids, highly-viscous and/or heavy liquids, shear-sensitive liquids, inflammable liquids Innovative facts to know about QUANTUM series DOUBLE DIAPHRAGM The construction of QUANTUM pumps also included free-fastening diaphragms. This allows easy maintenance, more safety when pumping aggressive liquids and reduced air consumption. VALVES It is possible to disassemble the valves for maintenance without disassembling the entire pump already installed on the plant. FAST UNLOADING AODD pumps are usually suffering from ice formation in the distribution system. Our engineers propose an additional gasket located nearby the distribution system for moving the exhausted air, at low temperature, towards the discharge chamber. Thanks to this gasket, QUANTUM pumps are not sensible to humidity in the air so there is no influence on the efficiency.
