Overview
Cold-regenerating, oil-free adsorption dryer DRYBERG® AD150 CT. Achieve compressed air quality conforming to class 1.2.0 through a combination of advanced filtration and adsorption technologies, with an optional integrated activated carbon filter. Operation
Two-tower (twin-tower) adsorption dryer: adsorption occurs in the active tower while the second tower is regenerated at ambient pressure using a purge of already dried compressed air. Tower switching is performed without notable pressure drop at the dryer outlet. Regeneration of the desiccant is achieved by decompressing a partial flow of dried air, producing very dry air for desorption.

Performance values are based on 1 bar (abs.) and 20 °C, with an operating pressure of 7 bar and an inlet temperature of 35 °C. Dew point and capacity values may vary depending on operating pressure and inlet temperature.
