BEKO BEKOMAT® 32U electronically level-controlled condensate drain for compressed air systems. The unit provides easy access to wear and pressure-bearing parts and a removable service unit for fast maintenance. The enclosure is dust-tight and waterproof to IP67. An angle adapter allows connection to common compressed air installations. When the service unit is disconnected, the feed reservoir can remain in the compressed air network to simplify maintenance.

Maintenance and operation
A service indicator notifies when servicing or replacing the service unit is due. All wear and pressure-bearing parts are reachable with a single wrist movement; no additional electrical installation or assembly of individual seals/parts is required for service. The device requires only one-time electrical connection for operation. The robust housing ensures protection according to IP67.

Intended use

• The BEKOMAT® 32U is an electronically level-controlled condensate drain intended for compressed air systems.
• It is to be used within the permitted operating parameters (see technical data).
• The BEKOMAT® 32U evacuates condensate from plant components under operating pressure with almost no loss of compressed air.
• The unit requires a specified supply voltage and operating pressure for correct operation (see technical data).
• When used in plants with elevated compressed air quality requirements (food industry, medical technology, laboratories, special processes, etc.), the operator must define and implement appropriate air quality monitoring measures.
• It is the operator’s responsibility to maintain these conditions for the entire period of operation.

Exclusion of application

• As a condensate drain, the BEKOMAT® 32U alone does not guarantee a defined compressed air quality; additional technical equipment may be required.
• Not suitable for systems conveying vacuum or atmospheric ambient pressure, nor for hazardous/explosive areas.
• Must not be permanently exposed to direct sunlight or thermal radiation.
• Must not be installed or operated in areas with aggressive atmospheres.
• The device is not heated and is therefore not suitable for frost-prone areas.
• Not suitable for CO2 systems.
