Description

Product overview
BEKO condensate drain BEKOMAT® 13, 13 CO, 13 CO PN50 adapts discharge frequency to condensate volume and evacuates condensate without significant compressed air loss. A capacitive sensor monitors the membrane level; when the preset level is reached the control unit triggers the solenoid valve so the condensate is vented and discharged to a downstream oil‑water separator.

Design and versions
Standard units feature a corrosion‑resistant aluminium housing with silver coating. CO variants have a glass‑bead blasted aluminium housing with a hard protective coating for oil‑free or aggressive condensates. Multiple pressure (PN) and electrical supply options are available.

Measures / Safety advice
  • Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure (see type plate).
  • Perform service work only when the system is depressurized.
  • Use only pressure‑resistant installation materials.
  • Fix the feed pipe firmly; use a short, fixed pressure hose to the pressure‑resistant discharge pipe.
  • Ensure people and equipment are not exposed to condensate or escaping compressed air during discharge.

Operation and benefits
The BEKOMAT® 13 uses capacitive sensing to eliminate mechanical floats and reduce maintenance. Rapid solenoid switching prevents measurable loss of compressed air, improving energy efficiency and reducing operating costs while ensuring reliable condensate removal.
