BEKO BEKOMAT® 33U electronic condensate drain for efficient condensate removal in large compressed-air systems.

Model comparison

• BEKOMAT 31U: compact unit for small compressed-air systems; lower condensate separation and lower drain capacity.
• BEKOMAT 32U: mid-range unit with greater capacity than 31U; suitable for medium systems; features adjustable drain intervals and discharge times.
• BEKOMAT 33U: high-capacity unit for large systems with high condensate generation; highest drain capacity of the three; configurable options for industrial applications.

Operation and applications
The BEKOMAT 33U uses an electronic level control based on a capacitive sensor that continuously monitors condensate level and triggers discharge to evacuate condensate with minimal compressed-air loss. This principle reduces energy use compared with time-based or float drains. Suitable for oily and oil-free condensates (material-specific CO versions available).

Variants and available options

• Model variants: BEKOMAT 33U and BEKOMAT 33U CO (CO version for oil-free or aggressive condensates).
• Voltage options: 24 VAC ±10% (50–60 Hz), 24 VDC ±10%, 115 VAC ±10% (50–60 Hz), 230 VAC ±10% (50–60 Hz).
• Replaceable service unit for fast maintenance (modular service concept).

Usage notes
Select the model according to condensate volume and system size. The BEKOMAT 33U can replace 31U or 32U when higher drain capacity is required; verify compatibility regarding operating pressure, temperature and connections before substitution.
