Description
The HEXA is a high-speed CNC milling machine equipped with Direct Drive linear motors on the X and Y axes, designed for machining, cutting, engraving, milling and polishing a wide range of materials in demanding industrial environments. Its anti-vibration structure (steel frame with polymer concrete) delivers thermal and mechanical stability at high operating speeds. The machine targets applications requiring precision, repeatability and high productivity.

Equipment
The HEXA integrates Direct Drive linear motors on X and Y axes, eliminating traditional mechanical transmission elements. It features a high-speed HITECO QD-2 6.5 kW electrospindle with HSK-E40 taper (ceramic bearings and liquid cooling), internal pressurization, fast tool change, a 12-position linear tool magazine integrated into the bed (compatible with HSK-E40 and ER-2 collets), grid and four CNC-controlled vacuum zones, modular workholding options (T-slots, tapped points or multi-drill systems), and a MITSUBISHI M80VW/M80W CNC control for process management.
