Description

Overview
The tubular screw conveyor MNSH accurately discharges and doses raw material in animal feed production plants, grain mills, malting operations and other processing plants. The design separates bearings from the product stream and provides a fully enclosed, hygienic housing.

Key benefits
  • Designed for low maintenance: bearings installed outside the product chamber allow easy access and maintenance.
  • High flow rates: high-capacity inlet and a progressive spindle in the inlet section enable elevated throughputs during discharge from storage bins.
  • Food-safe design: bearings separated from the product stream and a fully closed, welded housing reduce risk of product accumulation.

Highlight features
  • Accurate dosing
  • Constant throughput control: supplied with a frequency converter to keep discharge rate constant
  • Optional agitator available at the outlet
