Description

The Ultratrieur is an indented separator that separates grain and other granular products according to their length. It is used for cleaning, grading, seed processing and conditioning industrial products. It comes in a modular design. Precise grading results You can adjust the trough to the level of cleaning you need. Choose from a range of indented cylinders to match your product. You can also add an optional post-separation process for even higher-quality cleaning and grading. Proven technology We have installed more than 2500 Ultratrieur grading machines in processing plants worldwide. Modular design – build a machine to match your products Choose from many different configurations to obtain the number and quality of fractions with various sizes, depending on your needs. We offer a wide range of modules to handle many different products. Seamless adjustment of the trough We have designed the trough for easy adjustment. To set the grading for each product, simply turn the control element manually directly at the machine. Designed for top food safety and a clean plant The enclosed design and the aspiration vent both help to reduce dust emissions and improve sanitation in your processing plant.
