Overview
The Varion P is a fully automatic loss-in-weight scale designed for precise continuous dosing of a wide range of powdery products in industrial processes. It combines hygienic mechanical design, high-precision weighing and integrated digital monitoring for controlled, traceable dosing.

Sustainability
The DriveX module integrates a purpose-built servo motor and gearbox optimised for the inlet gate movements. Its design extends service life, allows operation under elevated temperatures and, combined with power management, can reduce CO2e emissions by up to approximately 1 tonne per year.

Food safety
Hygienic design principles are fully implemented: all product-contact metal surfaces are stainless steel; sealings are food-grade; the product zone is free of dust-accumulation zones and exposed bolts; large openings allow safe, fast cleaning and maintenance.

Ease of use
bUnify control system provides intuitive operation and flexible integration with plant control systems. An integrated web server enables monitoring and operation from tablets and PCs. Guided wizards assist operators and maintenance teams during troubleshooting.
