OverviewThe KL3314 analog input terminal supports direct connection of four thermocouples and mV measurement. The Bus Terminal circuitry operates thermocouple sensors in 2-wire mode. A microprocessor provides linearization across a freely selectable full temperature range. Internal temperature measurement at the terminal provides cold-junction compensation. Error LEDs indicate wiring faults (e.g., broken wire). The module is designed for DIN-rail mounting as a Bus Terminal analog input extension.
