Product overview The Heylo DCS-PF 1000 is a mobile dust control system that couples a Dust Protection Door (DCD-3.0) with a PF 1000 mobile air cleaner (or fan) to enable dust extraction and negative-pressure containment during renovation and restoration. Designed for rapid installation and transport, it reduces dust transfer to adjacent rooms and minimises post-work cleaning.

Use and functionality

• DCD-3.0 seals door openings between the dirty (work) area and the clean (white) area to enable containment
• Locating the air cleaner in the clean area and routing the hose through the DCD-3.0 creates a negative pressure in the renovation area and extracts dust at source
• Two integrated extraction openings allow connection of hoses or collection bags for direct dust removal
• Suitable for door widths from 680 to 1430 mm and expandable with door adapters
• Quick installation and easy transport reduce downtime and cleaning costs
