Product overview
The Heylo HEYWALL profi is a modular dust protection wall designed to create a dust‑tight barrier during renovation or refurbishment. The system uses extendable aluminium poles, plastic foil and self‑adhesive zippers to separate work zones, ceilings and partial areas without extensive masking.

How it works
Extendable aluminium system bars are clamped between floor and ceiling. The plastic foil is fixed in head plates and sealed with sealing rails and side clamps. Self‑adhesive zippers provide a convenient, sealed passage.

Installation procedure

• Install system bars between floor and ceiling.
• Fix and seal the sides with side clamps and sealing rails.
• Seal ceiling connections with ceiling clamps and sealing rails.
• Attach self‑adhesive zipper and cut foil for access.

Modules / components description

• Extendable system bars: Aluminium bars with head and foot plates; clamp foil into the head plate and extend to the required length between floor and ceiling.
• Sealing rails (with ceiling clamps): For fixing the foil to ceilings and for wall closure in combination with side clamps.
• Side clamps: Create wall closures when connected to sealing rails; attach at the required heights to the system bars.
• Angle adaptor: For fixing system bars to inclined walls; mount adaptor and clamp bar between floor and slant.
• Self‑adhesive zippers: Stick to the plastic foil to provide an easy entrance/exit opening; cut the foil for passage.
• Carrying / transport bag: Robust bag with zipper and internal compartment for accessories; washable inside and out.
