Product OverviewBBUEM-F is a fixed ultrasonic instrument for monitoring heating and cooling energy in closed water systems. It uses transit-time ultrasonic flow measurement combined with paired temperature inputs to calculate instantaneous power and accumulated energy from flow rate and supply–return temperature difference. External clamp-on flow transducers minimize pipe modification and process downtime, making the meter suitable for central HVAC, district heating/cooling, heat-exchange stations, boiler systems, energy management and industrial circulating-water monitoring.
Key Features- Measures flow, supply and return temperatures, temperature difference and accumulated heating/cooling energy
- Clamp-on flow measurement without cutting the pipe
- Two matched temperature inputs (PT1000)
- Analog (4–20 mA), pulse, relay and RS485 (Modbus) communication outputs
- Forward, reverse and net flow totalization
- Standard and extended versions for different accuracy and pipe-size requirements
Typical Applications- Chilled-water and cooling-water systems
- District heating and district cooling networks
- Heat-exchange stations and boiler systems
- Building energy management and metering
- Industrial circulating-water and process-energy monitoring
