The BBDM-D55K is a 55 kHz ultrasonic transducer for ranging and depth measurement in water. Its reference range is 3–500 m. Designed for integration in ROVs, AUVs, docking systems and fixed monitoring installations where a compact, IP68-rated acoustic sensor is required.

Acoustic and environmental characteristics
The half-power beamwidth at -3 dB is 26.6° ±10%. The transducer operates between -40 and +80°C, is rated IP68 and has a pressure limit of ≤10 kgf (≈1 MPa). Minimum impedance, capacitance and peak voltage parameters support integration with standard ultrasonic driving electronics.
