- The RM645-ICX610 is a 4U short-depth rackmount edge server for ATX deployments, optimized for 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors. It targets applications requiring high I/O density, hot-swap storage and remote management.

- Supports 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor Family, LGA 4189 (Socket P+). Example supported CPUs: Intel® Xeon® Gold 6338N/6338T/6336Y/6330/6330N/6326/6314U/6312U and selected 5000/4000 series.
- Intel® C621A chipset.

- Memory: 8 x 288-pin ECC RDIMM, up to 512 GB; DDR4 up to 3200 MHz (single channel per memory architecture).
- Storage: External 6 x SATA 3.0 with RAID 0/1/5/10 support; internal 1 x M.2 2280 M-key; chassis supports up to 8 hot-swappable 2.5" drive bays for high-availability storage.
