Description
The SCMT type is a single- or multi-stage side-channel submersible pump based on a single-pipe design. Side-channel technology enables small flow rates to be delivered against relatively high heads. The rising-tube shaft is supported by SiC sliding bearings. The pump is equipped with a permanent magnet coupling; the containment shell hermetically isolates the pumped fluid. Direct mounting of the auxiliary motor removes additional rolling bearings and the mechanical coupling.
