OverviewCircular formwork H20 is a practical circular formwork system for producing smooth, curved concrete walls with continuously adjustable radii from 3.50 m upward. The system is delivered as site-ready, pre-assembled elements for inside and outside faces.
Key benefits- Cost-efficient: reduces rental and labour costs; requires only one form-tie per 1.50 m²; low stocking quantities due to adaptable elements.
- Continuously adjustable radii: precise curves from 3.50 m upwards using adjusting spindles and a practical height grid; Dokaplex 21 mm form-ply for high load capacity and flexibility.
- Fast handling on site: single connecting device (Adjustable clamp 10 cm); easy combination with Framax Xlife, Alu‑Framax Xlife and Column formwork RS; radii set by turning spindles and verified with flexible templates.
SystemThe circular formwork elements are adjusted steplessly with reference to a flexible template. A special end-profile enables straightforward connection to other Doka formwork systems such as Framax Xlife and Column formwork RS.
Element size grid- Only two element widths for all radii down to 3.50 m: inside element 2.40 m, outside element 2.50 m.
- Practical height grid: five element heights available.
ApplicationSite-ready, pre-assembled elements (one each for inside and outside formwork) are continuously adjustable with a flexible template to set radii down to 3.50 m. Radii are set by turning adjusting spindles to maintain a smooth construction workflow.
