AI-P SINGLE PISTON PUMP is a robust pneumatic pump suitable for automatic lubrication several time daily to once per minute. It operates with fluid grease or grease, and delivers with a piston stroke of 3 cm³. Available with a 0.8 kg reservoir it is equipped with a sensor system with a level control that allows to keep the lubricant level inside the reservoir monitored. The robust and compact design makes the installation easier, allowing to increase machine operation in just a simple step and reducing downtime. This pump has been designed for use in a progressive system. The lubricant is pumped into the main line by actuating the pump and fed to the connected progressive distributor. The lubricant is distributed over the number of outlets of the distributor and then delivered to the lubrication points or fed to another downstream progressive distributor, divided there and dispensed to the connected lubrication points. APPLICATION This pump is perfect for progressive lubrication systems of machine tools.This pneumatic pump is perfect for daily automatic grease lubrication of small machines and single point lubrication with grease.
