Overview
ENEMAC stainless steel couplings comply with the strict hygiene requirements of food and pharmaceutical production and are also suitable for medical technology and cleanrooms. They are manufactured in stainless steels A2 and A4. CAD files and technical data sheets are available for each type.

Safety couplings – For direct drives

• ECWB | With metal bellows and clamping hubs: Nominal torque (TA): 5 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1): 8 mm - 62 mm; Bore diameters (ØD2): 10 mm - 65 mm; Features: backlash-free, high torsional stiffness.
• ECWD | With elastomer insert and clamping hubs: Nominal torque (TA): 5 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1): 8 mm - 70 mm; Bore diameters (ØD2): 10 mm - 65 mm; Features: plug-in, vibration-damping.

Safety couplings – For indirect drives

• ECW | With integrated ball bearing: Nominal torque (TA): 5 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 10 mm - 65 mm; Shaft connection: clamping ring hub; Features: for high bearing loads.
• ECV | With integrated ball bearing: Nominal torque (TA): 5 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 8 mm - 58 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; Features: for high bearing loads.
• ECE_ES | Compact design for tight spaces: Nominal torque (TA): 2 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 10 mm - 50 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; Features: for flange-mounted units in hygiene-sensitive installations.
• ECG_ES | With narrow sliding-bearing section: Nominal torque (TA): 2 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 10 mm - 50 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; Features: for chain or toothed-belt drives in hygiene-sensitive installations.
• ECI_ES | With wide sliding-bearing section: Nominal torque (TA): 2 Nm - 900 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 10 mm - 50 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; Features: for toothed-belt drives in hygiene-sensitive installations.
• ECR | Enclosed version: Nominal torque (TA): 15 Nm - 350 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 16 mm - 42 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; Features: for chain or toothed-belt drives in hygiene-sensitive installations.
• ECS_ES | Optional with sprocket: Nominal torque (TA): 1 Nm - 950 Nm; Bore diameter (ØD): 6 mm - 8 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; Features: slip coupling for simple chain or toothed-belt drives.

Shaft couplings – Elastomer couplings

• EWJ | Vibration-damping, for hygiene-sensitive applications: Nominal torque (TA): 6 Nm - 650 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1/ØD2): 6 mm - 70 mm; Shaft connection: clamping hub; max. speed (n): 29000 1/min.

Shaft couplings – Lamella (disc) couplings

• EWZK_ES | For heavy-duty outdoor applications: Nominal torque (TA): 40 Nm - 7000 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1/ØD2): 10 mm - 110 mm; Shaft connection: keyway; max. speed (n): 14500 1/min.

Shaft couplings – Metal bellows couplings

• EWC | Standard series for hygiene-sensitive applications: Nominal torque (TA): 1.5 Nm - 1000 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1/ØD2): 3 mm - 90 mm; Shaft connection: clamping hub; max. speed (n): 23000 1/min.
• EWR | Easy assembly in hygiene-sensitive areas: Nominal torque (TA): 10 Nm - 1200 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1/ØD2): 7 mm - 85 mm; Shaft connection: half-shell hub; max. speed (n): 28000 1/min.

Spacer couplings

• EWLC | With variable overall length: Nominal torque (TA): 10 Nm - 1200 Nm; Bore diameters (ØD1/ØD2): 7 mm - 85 mm; Shaft connection: half-shell hub; Length: 92 mm - 3000 mm.
