Overview
The SFC SC is a flow‑proportional chemical dosing controller designed for municipal water treatment and similar industrial process applications. It computes the control signal for dosing equipment and can operate automatic v‑notch positioners (for example V10k™ and V2000™), stroke‑length positioners and variable‑speed drives on dosing pumps. The unit is available as wall‑mounted standalone, equipment‑mounted or panel‑mountable for control enclosures.

Status
The SFC series is discontinued and no longer offered for sale. Limited service and spare parts support will be provided until January 22, 2028.

Functional description

• Calculates the positioner/dosing pump control signal from the process control variable and an adjustable dosing factor.
• Sets positioner position accurately using feedback for closed‑loop control.
• Performs automatic correction to compensate for gas feeder nonlinearity.
