DescriptionThe Micro/2000® residual measurement module is an on-line instrument for continuous measurement of oxidant residuals. It is compatible with the SFC electronic package for single-point analysis and control or the MFC package for multi-point measurement and control. High accuracy and the ability to detect down to 1 ppb improve process control across potable water, wastewater, cooling water, swimming pools and industrial processes. The module supports pretreatment and distribution monitoring for chemicals such as Potassium Permanganate, Chlorine Dioxide, Chlorine and chloramines.
Overview- Water quality measurement module for continuous oxidant residual monitoring in combination with SFC or MFC electronics.
- High-accuracy measurement of Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide and Potassium Permanganate residuals.
- Bare electrode cell design minimizes fouling and handles poor water quality.
Features- Accurately measures free and total Chlorine, Chlorine Dioxide (ClO2), Potassium Permanganate (KMnO4) and Ozone (O3).
- Measurement ranges from 0 - 0.1 to 0 - 20 g/l.
- Sensitivity and response down to 1 ppb (0.001 mg/l) using 3-electrode measurement technology.
- Bare electrode cell design provides high reliability, long-term stability and low maintenance.
- Suitable for poor water quality applications including wastewater and cooling water (fresh or seawater) and swimming pools.
- Operation unaffected by changes in turbidity or conductivity.
- Field-proven in thousands of installations worldwide.
Benefits- Fast response for control applications and monitoring rapid water quality changes.
- Low sample flow cell design reduces reagent consumption.
- Separate flow cell and electronics packages enable installation flexibility (SFC for single point, MFC for multiple points).
